The staff here were so helpful. They helped me figure out the parts I needed and offered to stay late while I replaced the parts on my vehicle in their front lot so they could give me my core for the old part before continuing down the road. We were traveling by RV and they even had great suggestions on where we could stop for the night. Which to this day was still our best stop on the trip (Love's new rv park btw) thanks guys for your help on getting us back on the road! Our old big block is humming now as we head into Nevada!

I went to Napa to purchase a bulb for one of my rear turn signals. After the purchase, the store manager, Chris, went out to install it for me. But replacing the bulb did not fix my problem. There was a short somewhere, as I had suspected. Chris spent quite a while testing the wiring and determined that I needed a different part. So he refunded my money for the bulbs and ordered the other part. He told me he wouldn't charge me until the problem was fixed. The part was to be in the next day. Fortunately for me, I didn't need the part, as I hit a bump and for now, the short is fixed. Chris said he would hold the part just in case. This is the type of over and above you find in a small town. Thank you, Chris.

These guys go above and beyond every time to make sure you get the right parts in a timely manner. Every one of them is willing to go out of his/her way to get you the parts you need, or locate it in the books even if it's not something they carry. Five stars every day of the year!
