I took my daughter here to get a case for her IPhone 7. Caleb was super helpful and patient with showing her the options. She ended up choosing a squishy case that looks like a bag of chips. He let us have it for free because it’s a quirky case for an old phone.

I recently bought a phone online and the screen cracked almost immediately. Caleb explained that it was an aftermarket screen and the replacement was sooo much better quality and done the same day:)

I have he serval of my phone screens repaired here and recently had my charging port repaired. they are always well priced, very friendly, Professional and fast. I will definitely continue to get my phones fixed here.

First and foremost, my experience at SetCell was GREAT and AWESOME! Before I even stepped foot into the store, both staff members (Taylor and Caleb) answered every question I had and was ready to help me any way possible. I had my eye on particular phone and each time I called they kept me updated on the status of it. Once I got there to the store, they knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. The phone I wanted had a minor scratch on the screen, but they had another one of the same phone and upgraded me for a great deal. Then that phone had a software issue, which they again went above and beyond to make everything right and most importantly, me happy. I needed the phone to be completely updated and able to run a particular app and they worked at it until they were able get everything how I wanted it, even AFTER it was time to close the store! The phone works great and I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys! I highly recommend this place and hope everyone gets to experience what I did!!

I am late posting from my first visit, but Caleb is amazing! I was referred by a friend to have my screen fixed, and also got a new screen protector and great case. Stopped in for a battery and it was done in no time! I highly recommend coming here for any repairs or accessories, and will always come here! Thanks again Caleb!

Went to try and see whether or not to fix or replace a phone. Caleb helped us with all of our options and was a great help explaining things and walking us through what the process would be for activating a new phone. He really went above and beyond. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Caleb was sooooo nice and helpful!!!! Got my phone done in a timely manner (less than an hour) and were very professional. A little pricier than other places around but WORTH IT because they use legit parts and are very efficient. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went in and were in need of a cell phone. We personally do not like contracts and will pay up front for a phone then pay it being strapped to a contract. The people who helped us were more down right AWESOME. They were both very knowledgeable and there prices were very good. I am so happy with my experience there that i plan on doing the rest of my business here in the future. They had a little for anyone who is needing a cell phone contract or not second hand you name it, bring down your old phones and they will give you money for them too or unlock them for any carrier.

As a freelancer, I do a lot of work on my phone. Not surprisingly, when said phone was accidentally hulk smashed, I felt like my life was going to crumble. I hated the idea of going to AT&T and spending all of that time and money that I didn't have.

Luckily, my boyfriend had just had a great experience purchasing his at SETCELL, so I walked in and left with a new working phone. Even though it was closing time, they let me stay in there while the phone charged and they made sure everything functioned the way I needed it to.

The next time my phone got smashed, it literally took five minutes to get a new phone.

I love that I have 14 days to go back if there's something wrong with the phone I have.

This place is great, especially if you don't have buckets of money to throw at a phone with every smashing. They really know their stuff and their customer service is more than outstanding.

I've purchased two replacement phones from these guys. Both were great. Staff was helpful & knowledgeable, service was quick, the store was very busy and we were still helped in a timely fashion. I recommend.

It doesn't make sense to me how a cell phone store could be this great, but it is! Great location, clean, well organized, well-stocked store, great products, great value, and unbelievable customer service! Everyone is knowledgeable and have great attention to detail. I never imagined I would get the kind of friendly, professional service in a cell phone store that I got here! No doubt this will be my go-to spot for cell phone accessories and service. These guys are great! They were able to very quickly turn around a repair on a phone that wouldn't even power up after having been dropped and the screen shattered. They also gave me great advice about proactively upgrading my phone with my carrier, which will probably save me money in the long run.

First Off, Straight Talk was the biggest hassle I've EVER experienced. I went into this place frustrated with a bad attitude, having spent ALL night on the phone with Straight Talk customer service. I was immediately greeted and told "Not to Worry", that they'd take care of everything and just to relax and have a beverage on the house. I completely did a 180 on my attitude, I was SO happy that I walked out with a perfectly working phone without any more effort on my end. THANK YOU SO MUCH A++++++

Turns out my phone had a virus on it from some apps i had downloaded. The phone was acting crazy and i didn't know why. I couldn't factory restart on my own so i googled cell phone repair and this stop came up.

Christina was the one that helped me and she was great! I left the phone with her and received an email in just a few hours. When i got there she had great news for me. The phone was completely repaired, luckily i still had all my contacts too. 5/5, Highly recommend. It was even cheaper then dealing with insurance!

I just visited this store in Westport! What a great experience!!! Marcy was the technican who helped me with a phone issue. She is beyond intelligent and so sweet to work with. Marcy was accurate with her diagnosis of the issue and fixed my phone issue quickly at a great price... will return even with a 30 minute drive. Can't get anybetter!!!!

I highly recommend Setcell in kc, MO. My first trip in I had a Samsung s5 that no other store would attempt to fix. I was pretty upset, since I only had the phone for 1 week. The owner of the store could tell I was pretty upset and was signed into a 2 year contract with no insurance on the phone. He took my phone and a couple of hours later fixed :)!!! Plus, it was cheaper than at&ts deductible, if I had insurance on it and worked great. I have been a loyal customer since they fixed my s5 and all my other cell phone needs. Their customer service is the best. I recommended my company and now they are using Setcell also for all their needs. They take great pride in making their customers happy. Cheap. and and very helpful with quality craftsmanship. A+++

Saved buckets of $ $ with these guys! Apple's geniuses said the charging port could not be fixed & the only thing to do is buy a new phone. Bah! $40 & I'm good to go. They have screen protectors and nice cases, too. I wish I had known about them two phone replacements ago!

I bought a new iPhone 11 got a amazing price on it a lot cheaper then apple. And I was able to get a brand new tempered glass and a new case for a good deal. The guy with the dreads was cool. 😎

That kid with the dreads (I think his name was Caleb) was insanely helpful. Had a rough drunk night and yeeted my phone off a balcony but SetCell came in clutch and was able to fix my screen at a great price. Definitely coming back since this is bound to happen again.
