The medical center and hospital are absolutely huge and have everything you could think of to treat your medical needs! I can only speak for Gastroenterology, but the staff were very helpful, friendly, and got my medical issue taken care of. I highly recommend Nurse Practitioner, Hill.

All the staff from check in and seeing the PA and the nurse asking questions and the doctor coming in and talking to me letting me know what options I have and I told him what I wanted which was radiation treatments he was fine with my choice. Then at check out I asked the guy what I owed for my visit and he kindly looked it up for me and he told me I had no copay. He was very kind to me. I wish I could remember all their names but I am sorry I do not even though they all had their name tags on and what department they worked in. You could see their name tags and what department they worked in. I would not mind going back there again if I had to. I did have a very good experience there and if I ever have to go back there I do hope that I have just as good of an experience as I had this time. Thank you for having an outstanding staff a caring staff. You all are great. Again thank you to all of you from check in to check out. Great job you all.

I am so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Zhu at KU Med. I have been struggling with many health concerns and before seeing Dr. Zhu, I had seen 2 doctors at the LMH in Lawrence that didn't take any of my concerns seriously. The way they treated me worries me for other people in desperate need for medical attention. The only good thing that came out of that is being told by my pharmacist to get into KU Med. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Zhu and I'm so grateful for his wonderful work ethic and caring bedside manner. He listened to all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a number. Very knowledgeable, diligent, and respectful. To have a doctor who cares about your health concerns and wants to see you at your best is a gem in the rough. Forever grateful and excited to start my journey to feeling like myself again.

This facility is well run. They are on top if it for scheduling and adjusting to my needs and schedule. It is easy to see your tests and results thru the portal they have developed. Their staff is always helpful and friendly.i would recommend this hospital for any issue you might have to deal with.

You can't beat the care here. It is top of the line also really convenient with the app.

Very sympathetic and helpful they don't give up until they find the cause of your aches.

I came to get a referral to a breast clinic. After a year bing bounced around and no treatment, I went for a second opinion with a different Hostpital. I received more treatment in 20 minutes than I did with KU. Breast symptoms aren’t a “let’s sit and see what happens” situation. I would rather bleed out on the street than be treated by anyone under the KU medical umbrella.

It is September and they are not taking new patients until January???? Sure hope I don't die before then!!!
