Have taken my car for inspection there multiple times. Good service and relatively quick.

Speedy and great work on my car. They squeezed me in for a last minute oil change before they closed and on another occasion saved me a few hundred on shocks and struts compared to other quotes… and they had it done in just a few hours!

Nick, at Frank & Bob's, never fails me in my automotive woes. This time was a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. Had it towed to the lot after closing, got the new tire & had it home before 4:00 pm that day. Reasonable prices, prompt service. I've been using them for 17 years. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I bring my Jeep in there for oil changes and any issues I may have. The owner and mechanics are very professional and prompt with their work. I recommend this shop for anyone. They do what your vehicle needs with out screwing you over like most do. I appreciate these gentlemen, I was there today with brake issues and they figured out the issue with no extra labor. They could of charged me but knowing I will be back and a client for life they did not.

I have been here many times and never had a bad experience. In fact they installed tie rods and bushings and the bill was $50 cheaper than the original quote. They happen to get the parts cheaper. They are always more than willing to explain everything they did. And answer all your questions.

I got in and out quickly for my inspection. The dmv told me I needed an emissions test and they told me I didn't, which was great! I bought my car in Kansas and they also put the front plate on for me. Super nice guy and we even chatted for a few minutes when he was done. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were so helpful, courteous, and quick. Went for an inspection... Said there were people ahead of me...Went across the street for a glass of wine and didn't even get to finish it. Was in and out super quick. Great experience.

Went for an inspection and also to have them replace one broken rear disc brake lug stud. Price was very fair, account of time reasonable. Will go there again for small jobs I don't want to deal with. Would return again in a heart beat. These negative reviews about light bulbs are bogus. Folks, take 2 minutes and check your vehicle before you take it, if an inspection is all you want, think you need. Change your dead bulb before you go, presto, done. Quit whining otherwise.

Wow! Thankful for these guys! I ran over a thick wire and got a flat. We called everywhere to get it fixed so I could get my vehicle home. Every place wasn’t available. We called here and 5 minutes later we were getting into the shop and getting it fixed. Thank you guys for helping me and my family get back on the road.

These Guys were great. They were quick and professional. When I went to go pick up my car, they let the lady who they were helping pick-up her car and let her pay them the next day. When i picked up my car, they even fixed my broken windshield wipers and 3 other small things for no charge. I am going to recommend them to everyone.

This place is great. Inspections and and they have a quick turn-around on any repairs. They do all my car repairs. Come check them out.

I have been here for an inspection and an oil change. They are quick, kind, and easy to work with. When I had questions about the oil used, they were very patient with me and gave a thorough explanation. I plan to come here in the future.

Bobby is the mechanic there. He is fair, very knowledgeable! He also can recommend places to go in the area as well. Businesses and people you can trust. Go there! Plus it is in Historic Westport, most all of those businesses are locally owned and operated.

I've been to this shop for inspections, oil changes, water pump and front brakes. They always do a good job. The water pump was within the price range of the estimate that I looked up online for the make and model of my vehicle.

I no longer live in KC MO, but when I did this location was my one-stop shop for car care. The four mechanics who work there are nice and helpful. Cost is comparable to other shops.

My favorite auto mechanics! Fair price and very honest. They are so busy they do not need to create more work by lying to you.

I swung by there today for an inspection. I was told by another shop to bring it by at 7 am and leave all day. Was told to come down now at Frank & Bob's. The shop wasn't much, didn't need to be. They got me in immediately. The longest part of the visit was the time spent after the inspection was done chatting about the Royals!

Great folks! Very nice, casual. I’ve been going to them for state inspections and random stuff for over a decade. I started going there when I lived in the neighborhood, and I still come back from the dang ole burbs.

Greatest shop in the world me and my wife's car broke down around the block from there and they put my car up on the rack and checked it out for Free!!!
