I was having a printer issue, sales manager, Oscar, helped me find the correct ink for my laser printer. He then took my old cartridges and recycled them. After that he carried everything out to my vehicle in the winter vortex weather for me. I got the help I needed and met a great person! Thank you Office Depot!

Starting a new business can be streesful. Starting a new business while undergoing cancer treatments, is insane. Thank goodness for the pros at Office Depot. They took my PDF downloads and, in 2 days, produced business cards, and posters, for me, that bar none, are the best quality, at SALE prices, I have seen in 45 years.

This is a late post, but we got married a few months back and had to do a lot of last minute printing for our final details. I had been really stressed and everyone there was so helpful in helping me figure out what/how I needed to order print outs. There was a guy with longer hair (so sorry I can’t remember his name) who helped me several times and even called after I submitted an order to make sure he got the details right since he knew it was for the wedding. We order our seating chart through here on a poster board and was notified it was ready way earlier than expected. While I don’t use the print services often here, I had such a good experience and they really made that aspect of our wedding prep so easy.

This is a place that is eager to help you find what you need, is knowledgeable about the products. We bought two office chairs, with no pressure but were handy when I had questions and knew exactly what to do to complete my order and advised me on free shipping options. I also needed some office supplies and they all knew right where to send me in the store. Saved me time and were very friendly.

Overall good experience. Stocking particular items could improve some. No help available for some time. Gentleman seemed to be the only person in the store working. I felt for him.

Office Depot is a life saver! They filled my ink order for pick up almost immediately, far ahead of schedule (it wasn’t scheduled to be ready until the next day) and then opened the doors to let me pick it up right at their closing time. I had a document due with very little time left for printing and the wonderful staff here went above and beyond in their service which made it possible for me to complete my task on time. Truly could not ask for better customer care!!

I really appreciate the customer service received from Max Kohls, Copy & Print Supervisor. I had a difficult order that not only needed printed but cut to size as well. Max handled it with ease and was so friendly and patient the entire time. Greatly appreciated for someone with a last minute project. THANK YOU Max!
