Mattress Firm Crossroads at Westport

I had a great time visiting this store and choosing a new mattress! Julia is an excellent sales person! She managed to give just the right degree of attention without asserting any high pressure sales pitch. Plus she was able to clearly answer my questions.

JC was great to work with today! He gave us his honest opinion on mattress options, was thorough and detailed in his answers/explanations for our questions, and was conscious about his recommendations within our price range. I would recommend this store and certainly working with JC.

I got great assistance from Julia, identifying a price range, the mattress material, and the best brand type for me. I’d visited the OP KS mattress firm and been helped by Venice the day prior; and Julia made sure to credit Venice with the sale for commission! Quality ladies and good service for a first time mattress buyer.

Haven't even gotten the mattress yet, but that's not important. What's important is Carlos. I know all Mattress Firm employees have "sleep expert" printed on their company vest, but Carlos is the reason those two words were first combined. This man was pleasant, knowledgeable, and never put pressure on us. Carlos is the MVP. Carlos deserves a raise, a pizza, and a trophy. Two pizzas.

Annette was amazing. She was VERY thorough with helping us select a bed that matched both my needs and that of my husband and that was no easy task. She was very kind and patient with us even staying with us even after opening and didn't try to rush us out so that she could go home. We appreciate her efforts so much.

Our salesman was Matthew he did amazing. He was very informative, was super friendly and genuine. Made shopping for our mattress enjoyable. We are excited about our purchase! Can't wait to sleep on our new bed!

First time around I was very satisfied, I accidentally bought the wrong mattress waited it out 21 days. Spoke with Carlos over the phone we had a few days of communication back and forth before resolving. He made sure to get back to me. Very satisfied

After I entered the store, I was greeted by: Sebastian. He was very genuine, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! This was my first visit as well as my first cash transaction. I was looking for a twin mattress for my daybed and I didn't want to go cheap or too high. I couldn't use my debit card because I didn't have the funds in the account but I had sufficient funds on me. I also brought the measurements from my old mattress. I asked Sebastian if I could do a cash transaction with him and he said yes, but the payment amount must be exact because they don't keep cash at the location. Sebastian paid attention to what I was saying, took some mattresses down so I could try them out, he went into the computer system to compare their measurements to mine while I watched and there was only one or two inches difference. The original price was: $ 249.99, Sebastian gave me a Manager Approval Savings discount of: $ 25.00 and a Memorial Day Sale discount of: $ 62.50 so my cost including the sales tax of: $16.00 came to: $ 178.49 which is Awesome to me! After all of this, Sebastian and I setup a Delivery date which is Free for 5/21/22 ( Sat ), I had ridden my bike there on 5/14/22 ( Sat). He explained the Delivery process and it went exactly as he explained it, printed my receipt after I paid him and we shook hands and parted ways! The Delivery men were early, fast and friendly! I had a great Experience there and I highly recommend this store to consumers everywhere! Blessings!

Manager John S. was extremely helpful to me during the three visits I made while considering my purchase. He was very patient and knowledgeable about his products. He took a lot of time and focused on helping me. My husband has physical disabilities and John's customer service immediately after delivery - helping me solve problems to enable my husband to get in/out of bed - was exceptional. Very grateful for John's help and the local team at Mattress Firm.

I filed a claim for a warranty on the mattress I bought in 2017 and ended up having to go into a store to complete the process. As soon as I walked in Mark Holland greeted my boyfriend and I and helped us right away! It turns out I was able to shop for a whole new mattress and more! Mark was patient and so helpful by remembering which ones I did and didn't like. He knew my budget and didn't at all try to push me to spend over it. Mark truly got me the bang for my buck! I walked out with a huge upgrade and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!!!

Had a great experience buying a mattress. Julie was so knowledgeable on all the products. Lucky to have her representing this company. Store was clean. Had lots to chose from.

Great selection. John was excellent at showing us mattresses and guiding us through options based on what we liked or didn't. Did not feel any pressure or encounter hard selling. He clearly explained what to expect the day of the delivery. The delivery people were at the front of the delivery window, were professional, efficient, and pleasant. Upon a return to the store to pick up a pillow, John even provided a few recommendations for furniture stores since we just moved here. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely shop here for our guest room bed.

I went into the Mattress Firm Westport store today to purchase a bed frame for my full size bed. I was pleasantly met by John Schneider, Store Manager, who was absolutely delightful! I made the mistake of lying down on one of the mattresses and fell in love with it. John took time to explain in detail each mattress that I inquired about. He even introduced me to a pillow that was fantastic, made by Columbia. I really enjoyed meeting him and getting much more than I went in for. I will be purchasing a great mattress that he recommended. By the way, this store is great. John was wonderful.

John S. (Store Manager) was very helpful, he introduced me to different styles of mattresses, and pillows. He was very patient and after a while we finally narrowed my choices. John made me feel secure and safe with the choice I made and assured me that if I wasn't satisfied I'd be able to get a different bed or my money back. John is a great salesmen and never pressured me into a decision or even a more expensive bed over another. He was very informative, polite and a great person. I would absolutely do business with him and mattress firm again.

I was very impressed with the selection and service at this store! The manager, John Schneider, was extremely helpful and friendly. He had great product knowledge and made shopping there so easy. I was shopping for a client so he took the time to ask questions and point out the features of each bed that I was interested in, but I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. After my purchase, he followed up to make sure things worked out ok. He went above and beyond when a slight adjustment in the order had to be made. I was so impressed by the professional and friendly service and I will definitely return for future purchases!

Stefanie was really professional, friendly, and helpful. She is a fantastic salesperson! She helped me find the most appropriate mattress in less than 10 minutes. I had to drive to their distribution center about 20 minutes away to pick up my mattress, but that process was just as smooth. I ended up choosing the Sleepy 8” foam mattress. looking forward to this quality of life improvement!

My boyfriend and I drove across country and stopped at this firm to have the bed shipped before our arrival at the new apartment. We had some concerns about choosing a mattress several states from our apartment, but Mark made the experience re-assuring. He did an excellent job combining our interests for mattresses, while not overwhelming us with products. Mark's humorous demeanor also made both the purchase and first-time visit to Missouri all the more better. Overall, this Mattress Firm is incredibly lucky to have Mark on their sales team and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Andy was AMAZING we had no intention of buying anything while we were there, we just wanted to look around. After about an hour of Andy showing us the kind of beds we liked we ended up buying one! He was so sweet and helpful, he didn't push us to buy anything or try and hurry us at all. So excited for our new mattress!

Went to the Westport Crossroads location and met Wes who handles all my questions on the type and bed, support for it, and had a great experience.
