YUMMMMM... great food! Stopped in for lunch. My wife and I had fried green beans! Very delicious. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with sweet potato fries. Good stuff. Reasonable price and overall good service. Several TVs for watching sports, etc. Cool dark wood atmosphere.

A great choice of menu items. Love how the daily specials are creative. The potato bowl is perfect and always really good. Personal favorites are smoke house wrap, chicken Caesar salad, the Van Dyke's monster tenderloin sandwich that two can easily share and lastly the fried pickles. Love the jalapeno ranch that comes with the pickles! The over-all atmosphere is a typical bar and grill, can be incredibly loud at times, not my preferred dining experience, so most of the time I order to-go.

When we went in, it was vibrant and lively. We were welcomed and seated quickly. There was a great selection of food and drinks. TVs all over with various games on. We started off with a salad and then our steak and baked potato with all the fixings. For a small restaurant in Atchison Kansas we were surprised and delighted that our meal was top notch and a fair price. Give this place a try.

My family and I love eating here. It is one of the few places we can all agree on. The food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and helpful. We love supporting this restaurant. I don’t think we’ve ever left feeling less than satisfied. Everything we try has been tasty!

Omg!! This was such a was such a wonderful experience. Steak was an awesome cut and cooked perfectly. The potato was cooked perfectly too. Salad was fresh. Drinks were great. Waitress was great. Prices are amazing. Are we in the twilight zone? We recommended this to friends we have that live in KS.

Very nice service. Great options and tasty food! Very generous portions. Perfect for the family. I went on a Sunday during lunch time, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

This place always has great food and service. If you haven't tried The Big Country, you haven't lived life!

The portions are more than plenty and the prices were great also.Everything my husband and I ordered was awesome!😊

Genuinely amazing in every single aspect.
The food was next to none. It was all hot and quick. They were out of several menu options but the choices they did have were all awesome.
The service was on point. Our waitress was attentive and engaged. She checked in several times and was fun friendly.
I cannot recommend this place enough. You will never be disappointed.

Barney's Big Country which is a fried pork loin with a fried egg and gravy over the top was delicious. Potato salad is great. Burgers are great and the portion of French fries is huge. Excellent selection of beer. Great service.

Not the fanciest, but one of the best restaurants in town. Great food great service. Sitting outside in back.

Willie's is always the place to go in Atchison when you want to have a nice family dinner or just a couple of drinks with friends. Willies has managed to blend a family style restaurant with a bar and grill atmosphere, and it works.

The food was amazing, service was awesome, and environment was comfortable. We had the onion rings appetizer, the spinach & artichoke quesadillas, and the ribeye with fries on the side. Very impressive honey mustard!!

Great food. Might be the best sports bar food I've ever had. Burgers, wings, quesadillas are all great. The "big as your head" pork fritter sandwich, is a must-try. The service is always fast. The bar makes great drinks, with featured local beer and spirits. Plenty of TVs if you're going to watch the game. Prices are very reasonable. Willie's is an A+.

Great atmosphere, lots of great nostalgia on the walls. Food was excellent, although I could've used a second bun for my tenderloin sandwich. It was huge! And we had the best server, she was awesome. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go back.

Great spot. If you're in Atchison it's worth the stop. Husband had the steak & I had the Cajun chicken wrap. Good food, reasonable prices.
