I absolutely love working with Philip’s Diamond Shop because the designers are incredible as well as the execution and final result. They value your input while creating a one of a kind custom piece of jewelry. I always receive so many compliments when I wear my jewelry from Philip’s! I also love that everything is done in house.

I needed my wedding ring repaired and decided to go to Phillips. Patricia helped me with my questions and when I asked what she thought of replacing diamonds with Sapphire’s. She showed me the difference’s and helped me decide. I picked it up today, it’s beautiful and I’m grateful for Patricia’s knowledge. I will refer people when asked, to give Phillips a try.

Philip’s was amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! I was impressed with how quick my pieces were done as well. They were able to email and text with me which helped me out so much, special thanks to Patricia and Ben for being extra gracious! I worked with Patricia on a custom engagement ring. She did a great job and helping me visualize my ideas and after we locked down a design we got renders of the ring not too long after. The renders were really great in seeing what the ring was going to actually look like. They also made a 3D printed mold of the ring which gave me a good idea on what the band and all the settings looked like. Next step was getting the ring! It turned out amazing and my fiance loves it! Phillips diamond shop makes it very easy for the customer and they were very accommodating to my budget and finding exactly what I wanted. Thanks again!

She took the time to listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and offer a variety of suggestions as we designed a plan for the perfect grandmother’s ring and a new design for an existing engagement ring. From consultation to picking up my ring, I couldn't have asked for better service!! My original wedding set just wasnt built to last- I absolutely loved it but knew it needed to be rebuilt. I wanted to keep the look of my original set, and could not believe my eyes when I went to pick up my ring and it was so close to my original that I wouldnt have known the difference. Patricia and Ben worked with me to ensure the issues I had with my original would not be a problem with my new set and didnt rest until I was sure I loved the design! I couldn't have asked for better people to work with or a better outcome for my new wedding ring!!

I was blown away at how hard the staff at Philip's worked to ensure my fiance and I the best craftsmanship and pricing on our wedding bands. I had worked with them prior with my fiance's engagement ring and couldn't be happier. They do all of their custom work in house. From designing in CAD software to casting, molding, engraving, to everything else, they do it all in house and your rings never once leave the shop until they leave with you.

It was such a wonderful experience working with them, and a huge shout-out and thank you to Patricia for helping us create the perfect rings for our wedding. Everyone was so helpful and responsive. We truly couldn't recommend going anywhere else. They've made lifetime customers out of us.

My husband worked with Philip's back in 2014 to redesign my engagement ring. The ring was originally my mother's engagement and wedding bands, and Philip's worked with my husband to redesign and re-set my family heirloom. I could not be more impressed with their work! We came back earlier this year (2016) to have them work on our wedding bands, which we also had them engrave, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out! I come in for regular cleanings, and their staff is always friendly. I'm sure they could create and beautify anything you bring to their door!

I had a great experience using Philips. Patricia assisted me, she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and unimposing. I appreciated her ability to listen and then use my ideas with her knowledge to create a design that fit my style. They were able to create mock ups that offered representation of the pendant I was having designed; this really made the process easier.

They are the best jewelry store that I have ever encountered in all my years. I would trust them with any piece of jewelry and the quality is 100%. The staff at this store took all the pieces that my husband had given me throughout our 25 years of marriage and put them in one beautiful ring that is just unbelievable! The staff is above and beyond helpful and any jewelry I buy, need repaired, or need designed in my future will be done at Philip's Diamond Shop!! And I live in Kansas City Missouri and I will drive all the way to Marion Iowa to deal only with this wonderful jewelry store.
