Menards

This place is the main provider of raw materials for my company. I love it that we can buy all Made in the US products for exports, and easily locate all SDS material on each product page. We utilize the shopping cart to populate purchase orders, which is nice too. Their return policies are excellent. Finer paints are on par with Sherwin Williams, and even the Workforce brand of hand tools aren’t too bad for lesser used tools in the shop. Any time we’ve had a problem with a tool we can either exchange or get out money back. Also it’s one of the few places that can read blueprints.

Responsible business! Love the use of masks for both employees and customers. I usually buy my spring plants at a landscaping garden store but heard about Menards policy to keep the community safe. There are only a few places for a shopper that wants to protect their loved ones from becoming infected. Beautiful plants & great prices- nice staff.

Menards is a great store, although I've only been to this location once. I can saw just like any Menards they have a huge selection of items and there prices are very low. They do a great job of helping customers and they also have a large selection of tools, plumbing, metal, cleaners , paint, shipping supplies, automotive, outdoor furniture, camping items, house pest control sprays and traps. They have soo much stuff you could very easily be over whelmed.

I was looking for a certain type of wood back in lumber and a couple employees knew I had that look up clueless on my face. They spent a good 10 minutes with me showing me different stuff until I was happy with what I found. Kindness matters and that happened here. Too often employees nowadays will turn their back and rather do nothing than help, so it was very much appreciated!

This store is always great. The people are very helpful and do what they can to help. The store has a variety of items for every project that you can think of. If they don't have it, they will find ways to get info and materials for you. I have used them for a lot of projects over the last 10 years and can always count on help and materials from them. Quality products at great prices and good service. Can't beat that. The local feel to the store tops it off as they are very friendly and helpful. Even after getting hit by derecho they were back up and running quickly and helping rebuild Marion and the surrounding area. Thanks for being awesome, Menards!

The staff was great, I found exactly what I needed. My concern was the delivery charge of $90 to take it 4 miles. At 86 years old. My choices are few. To bad they don't have volunteers to help out and still charge a reasonable cost. I bought a taller toilet.

My go-to store for home projects, they have the niche items you can't find at the other big box stores, and always nice to generally know where to find things too. The small grocery section is a game changer when you need those few snacks and gallon of milk to complete the roundtrip. Whoever thought of that at the Menards global headquarters, and persisted to convince all the haters that a refrigerated section is exactly what is needed next to hardware deserves the awesomeness award of the decade. Thank you whoever you are, we salute you.

The young lady (Destiny M.) that was helping us was amazing. She was more then happy to help, knew where thing were. Her attitude was topnotch. She managed multiple customers at one time with ease.

Menards is top quality from customer service, to products carried, and more! Its literally a playground for me :)! I love going, looking, shopping, and completing basically any home project that I have had while in the area. The prices are absolutely fantastic and normally beats the competition. I think this may be my first 5 star review I have given. Thanks Menards!

Most of the time there on top of getting your stuff.. every now and then you'll have a little wait while they dig it out from getting buried.. but overall great place.. nice people always looking to help you.

They are moving things around again but all an all I had a wonderful time. I was able to find every item on my list. Yes I needed a little help but it seems as though they have finally got enough staff to be there to help. Staff even asked if they could help!! That did not happen very often. Customers had to look for someone to help. I like the improvements that my favorite place to shop has done. Really WELL DONE! Marion Menards.

Menards is always an amazing experience. They are full of knowledgeable and creative minds that help you put together or build whatever project you are working on with their experience, their knowledge and of course their experts.

Not to mention a lot of the employees are very attractive women which always is a plus for a store. LOL

They had what we needed on sale.

Have everything I always look for. The man in the Hardware was awesome...working 2/23 @ 5 pm.Marion, IA.
He helped me choose a dremmel and blades I needed. Took time and explained everything. And let me know that he had such a tool. I wish I got his name...he was wonderful!!!!

I am a contractor. I recently had a customer order a large amount of material that I needed to get expedited to Cedar Rapids. Ben Shultz helped make that happen. Thank you been for taking the time to see my order process thru thoroughly!!

Now that mask mandates are lifted i returned to menards to get a reasonably priced garbage disposal. Had a decent assortment and found just what i was looking for at a price i was willing to pay. So that makes it a good experience!

I really love Menard's but I find that the more aisles I wander into, the more money I end up spending. Great customer service and the lumber yard has everything we want when we go. Some prices are unbeatable, some comparable to other hardware stores in CR area.
