Green Acres Storage is the best! Their facilities are very clean and have incredible lighting inside. We've moved items from one unit to another with no problems, thanks to the available carts. Their customer service is exceptional!! Everyone is willing to help, answer questions and offer advice. They go out of their way to make your experience smooth and stress-free. I would recommend them to everyone!

I've used Green acres on lindale Drive twice, and I'm using it now. I opted for a climate controlled environment because I own a piano and it's very important to keep that in climate control. The first time I used it, my things were there for 2 years. This time, December marks year two of my items being there, awaiting a time when they will be moved to a more permanent place. I have found the staff very accommodating, the units are extremely clean, safe, I've never had a problem with a break in or even heard of one, and very easy for trucks to maneuver in and out to load and unload. Even very large trucks. I would highly recommend Green Acres storage for your storage needs!

I have been so happy with Green Acres Storage. I have used the Marion Climate Controlled units for storage during a move. It is completely secure and clean and my units were all indoors. I needed a 2nd unit short term and they were able to get me in the same building which is connected by halls and made it so convenient. I also used their 16th Avenue location to store our outdoor items. It is not climate controlled, but the facility is very secure. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. They also have packing supplies and rental trucks available. I would highly recommend Green Acres Storage.

Great service representatives, easy access, good facilities. Location is also convenient being next to Lindale Mall, Kum and Go, and Casey's, as well as other services on Collins Road.

Due to the derecho that hit on August 10th I had to move iut of my apartment. Green Acres helped me set up a storage unit and helped me get all of the moving supplies I needed. Relatively inexpensive but good quality and I feel like my stuff is safe. I loved working with the lady I worked with, she was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

This place the best. My family has rented several different sized storage units from them. We have also used them to make arrangements with Penske Trucks for renting a truck for a long-distance move. In every encounter with them we have appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. I recommend them without any hesitation!

We rented a storage unit here for over 10+ years, never had a bad experience. When we moved out we rented a 26 foot Penske and a car trailer. The rental was perfect and couldn’t have been better. The customer service that Kelly provided was out of this world!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

My family appreciates their property and our units are clean, easy to access and a safe environment with a camera and gate which allows to trust our storage will be secure. We are SO impressed with this facility and the people who work here!! Due to crazy Iowa weather going from -50 one day to 40 the next, they had some issues with ice melt. We had just moved a few things into our unit the day before the melt and it had some water in at the time. The next day it was worse. They assessed it and moved us to another unit.
They were beyond helpful, friendly & accommodating. The facility and all the units are kept so clean.

Everyone in the office is helpful, understanding, and has the wellness to help which helps out a lot, they offer indoor climate control of all different sizes and outdoor with a locked facility, cameras, motion lights, silent alarms, and hours to use the facility with code entry. I’ve been using them for 3 years and wouldn’t change it ever. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!!

I am so happy to have Green Acres Storage for all my stuff! This is a great temp-controlled, clean, well-lit, and safely monitored storage facility. The staff is so nice and helpful, too! I started with a smaller indoors unit and then Kevin helped me when I moved up to a much bigger size the next year, as I have been organizing and storing my things for a future move. There are many options here for anyone who needs indoor or outdoor storage.

I have stored with the Marion Green Acres Storage for over 7 years. Climate controlled, secure, dry, and Immaculate facility. It is conveniently located as well. I appreciate the prompt monthly emailed billing and receipts which make completing my monthly expense reports an ease. Staff is always above and beyond helpful, accommodating , and communicative. Wouldn’t store anywhere else in town
