My beautiful bride of 29 years wedding ring had a couple broken "prongs" that held her diamond. The ring needed to be cut off because she has large knuckles. Doug said the remaining prongs were very weak and suggested we get a whole new hood that would have six new prongs instead of five. That was relatively inexpensive, so, we went with it.

We were concerned how a re-sized ring would fit over her knuckle and not be so loose that it would constantly spin or fall off, especially since the original shank was worn very thin. Doug said there are special shanks that can open up when you push a pin into a small access hole, but they were kind of expensive. We decided that was the way to go. We chose a shank with a little width, which made the ring stand out more.

Doug told us to wait a month or so for my wife's finger to "relax' in order to get a true fit. We came back 2 months later and got measured up. Doug said it would be a week or so before it was ready, but the ring was ready in only a few days.

The new shank worked like a charm! Doug showed us how to open it, he put it on my my beautiful bride's finger, snapped it closed and - not only did it look fantastic, it fit perfectly, better than we could have imagined! We would recommend Rejewel to anyone. Thanx Doug!. You guys are the best!

Dropped off my diamond ring which needed some work done!!!Picked up today and I was totally so freaked out!!!It was more beautiful than I expected!!! My husband and I stopped in on a Friday to get a couple of rings resized and they were so helpful. I also had an old family ring and stone that I wanted to have set together, and they were able to do that as well, and even explained how everything would be done. We were told it would take about a week, but everything was done by Monday! They all looked great and fit perfectly. Their prices were reasonable and everyone has been friendly and helpful. Excellent business!

My husband and I worked with John, and the ladies at Rejewel, on my engagement and wedding ring. I had been to a half a dozen shops to look and nothing was standing out to me until I went into Rejewel and saw the ring of my dreams in their new jewelry case. I tried on the ring and didn't want to take it off! John was very fair on pricing and I am forever grateful that I was able to get the ring of my dreams and not break my husbands bank! I will definitely be back!

I had a ring that needed to be repaired. I had an old ring that they were able to use the shank from to save me some money on the repair. I am very pleased with the outcome and the staff at Rejewel. I would definitely recommend Rejewel. The price for the work was right in line with what I had budgeted.

Although I've not made a major purchase from this business the times I have stopped in for battery replacement and/or ring cleaning I've been welcomed warmly by all personnel and treated as if I had purchased an expensive piece of jewelry. Great location and the store inside is laid out to accommodate your browsing.

They have done many of jewelry repairs for me and are very easy to work with and do an incredible job. Nothing but good things to say about them. I have worked with other jewelers in the area before and they have been the best. Thank you Doug, Julie and John!

We have been going to Rejewel for a number of years and they have been the most accommodating. Never have had an issue with the purchases and repair work they have done. Very helpful and feel they are very trustworthy. Recommend them highly!

I was very shocked at how rude he was. I brought in a favorite ring with great sentimental value. It was a marquis setting in sterling silver with a missing ruby. I brought in a lab created ruby my husband bought online and asked the cost of having it placed in the ring. It was too small for the ring he said. He checked the size and I asked if he would jot that down for me. He stated , “if you’re going to buy it online you can write it down yourself. It’s a waste of my time and I have more important things to do”. How arrogant and rude! I couldn’t believe he said that. There’s no excuse for that behavior and it’s amazing how such negativity can linger with you. It took me hours to shake it off. I will never go back.

NEGATIVE STARS WEREN'T AN OPTION ** The guy who meets you when you walk in has HORRIBLE retail skills! He didn't even greet me when I came into the store, then after I showed him the necklace and explained I needed repaired, he said, "We don't work on costume jewelry." Um, my husband paid over a thousand $ for this item! Then after a week, they contacted us to pick up the repair and while it was cheap, it was VERY poorly completed(it's a floating setting that looks like it's sparkling)...when I asked him if it could be re-centered, his response was, "...it's the best she could do and she's at lunch, so I can't ask her." When my husband asked if HE would pay for the repair like this, he responded, "I wouldn't have bought it in the first place!" Needless to say, we got our money back and took it to where they were able to repair it to it's original setting. We WILL NOT recommend this retailer!!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR! We went here to get my wifes wedding ring repaired, and a month later a prong broke off of her ring, we brought it back in, and they said we need to be more careful, and charged us to fix it. 2 weeks later another prong broke, even though my wife was taking it off every night, and everytime she did anything more active then reading! We brought it in again and were told that they would not gaurantee their work, because it is the owner who causes the prongs to break, and has nothing to do with their SHOTTY work. Do not go here, they do shotty work, and do not gaurentee their work!

Stopped in recently to try and get 2 bracelets shortened. Was told they couldn't help me because "all their little screwdrivers were broken." Seriously? Fortunately, Philip's Diamond Shop was still open and the young man there was more than happy to help me. He shortened both bracelets immediately and charged me less than it would have cost to return the bracelets and have them shortened by the manufacturer. Problem solved without the wait. Or the dubious excuse. Will definitely be going back to Philip's.
