Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I recently started using Ellison Insurance Agency in Solon. Prior to that I was using State Farm (I would highly recommend not to use State Farm by the way). Joanne is my agent and I couldn't ask for a nicer, accommodating, and tenacious agent. I am saving a lot of money since switching. In general, better service and coverage and better pricing.

These people have been so great, I've bundled multiple policies together which has saved me so much, and the customer service is a breath of fresh air, as well. I've never had a problem with them, the rates are very affordable, and may I suggest that anyone looking for a good and affordable policy for their cars, trucks, bikes, home, business, whatever you've got.. Give them a try! Thank you Progressive! ;-P

Do not use progressive, they will do everything in their power not to cover you. Please also avoid someone called Courtney her job is basically to deny you any type of coverage. They are rude and want a reaction out of you so they can use it in court later. I have hired a lawyer and I will make sure to update this review once it is concluded. See yall in court.

Will not settle a claim. Very poor service 😢 for a multi million company that advertise that there great. They suck on collision claims. Also heard from of a lot of other people they are not a great company when it comes to claims 🙄 🤔.

Extremely poor service, pathetic customer experience and no response to claim status. I have to call 10 times to get the update for claim progress.

Horrible customer service I have ever received!!! Never go with this company. Run away and go with a different auto insurance company ASAP!!
