Kyle helped me purchase and set up my new phone. He provided great customer service; was kind, answered all of my questions, walked me through the best deal for me and my plan. I highly recommend coming to this store for assistance.

Nick was amazing. Honest, knowledgeable & went above & beyond to ensure that my Dad was set up on the plan for his needs.

Two people in there Kyle and Olivia. Did an outstanding job. Now only they were fixing and helping me with my new phone. They were dealing with a very rude customer and they did it very professionally. This is one of the rarest to I've ever seen that employees did a great job. Whoever is the owner of this place you better do what you got to do to keep these two. I've already bought three phones because of these two.

I went in thinking my unique situation was going to cause confusion and frustration. However, Kyle handled it like a champ. I have never been so impressed with the quality of customer service I received and will definitely come back if I have any related needs in the future

I had an issue with my galaxy s22 ultra that calling Samsung twice and visiting "ubreakifix" and bestbuy twice couldn't fix. This tmobile store helped me resolve the issue in less then 30 minutes.

It’s super awesome how easy it is to get all of my info online and navigate the app, the customer service IN store and online have been exceptional. They are so helpful and always happy to help me, especially Olivia and Celine. You guys rock!

I only have good things to say about this store and its manager, Matthew. I had called into customer care multiple times to try to get my daughter's replacement iPhone activated with no success and was pretty frustrated.

Matthew picked up my call and he helped me understand the process and what I would need to do to get this done. Specifically, he helped me understand how there are different type Sim cards for different device types and I needed to be sure that I was using the correct one that came with the phone, a "Type D" sim. He then told me how to get the IMEI and MEID from the phone and the correct number to call to get it activated once I got that information together. I called the customer care number and the activation went through just like clockwork.

That is what I call an excellent customer experience!

My son's phone crashed and warranty expired so ended up getting new phone. Kyle asst manager was fantastic! I had a long long wait the last time I was their but he had me in and out! Ty ty ty for Kyle!

Cell phone stores get a pretty bad rap, but this T-Mobile one has always done a good job for me, and most recently went above and beyond to do an upgrade, working after hours to get it done. Thanks!

Did walk out for a short time, felt unsafe, due to another customer in there with a gun customer was getting a little irate . Refused to wear mask . Rep was explaining to him store policy. And he wanted to argue with the store rep
So I felt uncomfortable and walked out of the store until he left then I went back in .

Smashing service since new manager tim took over. He was very friendly and really tried to find a solution that fit my needs, not just what got me out the door. I will definitely be back!

Holy moly! Kim, Tim, (the new girls brooke?, Sierra not sure of their names) but anyways 4:30 on a Tuesday I roll up (Kim sold me my phone a week ago. I ended up selecting a preowned which came with a screen protector. While it chipped, the girls and Tim spent nearly almost two hours on getting this off and removing the glue. The only side effect. A couple small scratches on my screen. But hey this thing was GLUED ON! This store. Has been amazing!

I got a new SIM card and Olivia put it in for me and even took care of getting my calls un-forwarded.
