This is friendly shop and conveniently situated along 7th Avenue in Marion. Paul and Bob are very experienced barbers who won't disappoint.

Great place to get a haircut without going crazy price wise. Cost cutters have nothing on these guys and they are way more expensive as well.

Paul is a great barber, he has now cut my dad's hair, my hair and both of sons hair.

I have been a customer for over 30 years

I took my son there. My son is mixed, white and African American. He's 2 and had never had his hair cut before. Beautiful hair, very curly, but I wanted it a bit shorter to reduce tangling/easier upkeep until I can learn braiding. Anyway, I made the big mistake of going here...I told the guy at the very beginning that I DID NOT want my son bald, only a bit shorter than it was. At one point in the middle of the haircut, I looked away for about 5 seconds and when I looked back it was too late... There were no guards on the clippers anymore, and you can't put the hair back in the head. (My son is now BALD!! 🤬) I was in tears! I appreciate him not charging me when I expressed my disappointment about it, but I will never go back to this place again.

Sign out front says walk-ins are welcome but it certainly isn’t a walk in friendly place. Twice now would have had to wait for several hours as a walk-in.
