Wright-Way Trailers

I purchased a trailer in Virginia and Wright-Way was listed as an authorized repair facility for warranty repairs. I contacted Josh in service and he confirmed they could handle the warranty repairs. I sent him the information and photos of the issues and he called the manufacturer for me. He had to call them a couple times for them to finally get back with him to authorize the repairs, but once they did, Josh told me they were shipping the parts and he would contact me when they arrived.

When the parts arrived Josh contacted me and got me in at a convenient time and day and took care of the repairs. The repair work was far superior (in my opinion) than the original manufacturer's work. I would definitely recommend Wright-Way Trailers for service and repairs. I am very satisfied.

The service received at Wright-Way was top notch. My 2007 Hart horse trailer has not received service in years, and the Wright-Way team was team was both timely and thorough. I will certainly be bringing my trailer back in the future and would recommend their services to anyone for their trailer needs!

Wright-Way Trailers really saved me. My trailer coupler broke as I was passing through Cedar Rapids. They replaced it and got me back on the road. The price was super reasonable also.

Solid place to buy a trailer. I got my enclosed ATC trailer from Wright Way in July. Pickup was a breeze, everything was as expected. Since deliverive taken the trailer in once to have some accessories added and they did a great job with that too.

The best place to get your propane tanks filled in Cedar Rapids. Friendly staff in the office and doing the LP fill. They fill your tank to 100% of rated capacity and are competitively priced , not 75% like some companies do to keep the tank fill price artificially low.

If you ever in a Bind and you need trailer parts, ask for Jeff or Josh They had everything I was looking for. Highly recommend this place.

What a great place. I needed a tongue jack replacement on our dump trailer, so called up Wright-Way Trailers to see that's something they do. I talked to Mike in the service department and he suggested that I bring the trailer in to see if they had what I was looking for. They had the correct tongue jack and installed it right on the spot. The price was just right! Thanks Mike and Wright-Way. I recommend this place to anyone looking to service or buy a trailer. They have many parts to choose from and they also fill propane tanks.

Bought a new Hawk horse trailer there several months ago. Very helpful on phone before we made trip (280 miles one way). Very little dickering on price. They prepped and installed rear light and switch all in one day so we could get on the road to Kansas City. Good people to deal with.

These guys are great. They know their way around a trailer. I've had services for here a few times when I wasn't comfortable performing the task myself. They are decently quick any time I schedule with them. Everything is two thumbs up here, but good service doesn't come cheap.

I bought a larger trailer from Wright-Way trailers. Salesman was very knowledgable and friendly. I have also had another old trailer serviced there, and they did an excellent job. Nice assortment of hitches present in front office as well.

Did a fantastic job and for a good price. I'm actually surprised they were able to fix it, but they did and did it well.

Best place to pull in with camper and refuel! Very helpful and nice people who are happy to explain things!

They got me right in to install trailer wiring but now I have problems with all my taillights, brakelights and turn signals. I'll update this if they fix it.....UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE !!!. Took my truck back up to see them and they did a phenomenal job tracking down my problem. It had to do with my truck and not any of the work they did. Bang-up job guys. Get your grill tanks filled full not 75 percent when you do the exchange at other places. When you get that nice tank and want to keep it come here , The people are excellent service is great.

These folks have a great selection of trailers, parts and supplies. Easy to work with on new trailer sales as well. Highly reccomended. Great service, friendly staff.

Drove all over town looking for RV propane refill. Google maps had a bit of a hard time getting me there but once I pulled up nothing but helpful and informative service. Gentleman answered all my dumb questions and told me to come on back for more which I will certainly do. Thank you Wright-Way, doing it the Right-Way:))
