Corridor Storage

These ease of working with Culver's Corridor Storage and their excellent staff is 5 star! Crystal's communication was thorough and she was prompt to respond to both texts and emails. I was able to move units easily when I needed a smaller unit. I felt the location was safe and secure at all times. I would recommend Culver's Corridor Storage.

I rented a unit that was the wrong size and Crystal helped me transfer to a different unit without any issues. She was quick to respond and helped with my questions. Good customer service and affordable units, especially with the special offer they have running.

Nice, clean facility. However, it's the amazing customer service I received that prompted me to write this review. I only had one issue with the gate code not working in the 3 months I was there. I was concerned because it occurred over the weekend and I needed to move out. I called the office, which I believed was closed on the weekend, and Crystal instantly started working the issue, solved it within 5 minutes, and followed up several times to make sure I was good to go.

When I moved out I texted the office at 11:45pm, thinking I would wait to hear a response the following day. NOPE, sure enough, Crystal responded before midnight and reassured me everything was good. This type of service has made me a trusting customer. I look forward to using Corridor Storage in Marion again when the need arises.

The rental process was extremely easy. From online reservations, viewing the storage and Paying.
