The Enclave at Dry Creek

The Enclave at Dry Creek is a wonderful place to live. Colleen who manages the apartments is really nice and helpful. Moreover, Jodi is always friendly and very responsive to anything I need done.

I have been a resident at The Enclave since February 2020. I selected The Enclave because of the location, it’s close to Collins Aerospace, shopping, entertainment, and groceries. I have especially enjoyed the pool and the 24/7 gym. It is a great and safe place to live and it's nice having a warm garage to park in on cold winter days.

I am very pleased with my choice to live here!

I moved here from Colorado to take a job in Cedar Rapids. This has been the first apartment I have lived in over 35 years, I have found it to be great. Friendly staff, quiet neighbors and neighborhood. I highly recommend this place

Colleen and Rose in the main office are always prompt, helpful and courteous in their assistance with any issues I have. Jodi, who assists with maintenance requests, is so kind and never leaves me waiting on anything to be fixed. These women are all highly competent and I hope they are adequately compensated by upper management. I moved into this apartment building about a year ago, and the unit is lovely. I have a nice view of a wooded area out some big windows, a large private balcony, and visitors always comment on how open and spacious my apartment is. I really love it. AND, now that I'm renewing my lease, they are even painting an accent wall for me-- I've never heard of an apartment complex doing that before but its a fun option.

I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and love it!! Grounds are well kept, the office and pool area is always very clean. My neighbors are quiet and very nice too! Colleen, Jody and Rose are always there to answer questions or just to have good conversation with. Highly recommend living here!!!

Overall this place is great! I currently live here, and have loved living here so far. The apartments give you plenty of sq footage and for a reasonable price. I was very impressed/happy with how nice the apartment is on the inside. It has a washer/dryer, fully-loaded kitchen, walk-in closet, balcony, etc. They have a good fitness room and a good-sized pool area. They are also pet-friendly! Lastly, they have a great community! The staff and residents are all very friendly, and the community is well-maintained. I am definitely re-signing with them for another year!

Lived here for about a year and absolutely loved it! It’s a great location and the staff are super friendly - ready to help or answer any questions you may have. Overall a very well kept complex and I would recommend it to anyone moving to the Cedar Rapids area!

Beautiful location and very well kept apartments! Staff is friendly and helpful to get anything taken care of immediately. Quiet and calm neighborhood have not had any issues would recommend to anyone.

The complex is very friendly, clean and well cared for. One thing that deserves to be noted is the care that the on-site staff takes and the impact they have had on my time here. They are kind, responsive and helpful. Whether it is snow being cleared, to maintenance requests, to questions for the office, they have consistently been timely, helpful and all around pleasant to work with! Additionally, the folks at Perry Reid have also gone above and beyond to foster a community here, with frequent events to get neighbors together.

Overall, fantastic place to live, I highly recommend!

This is a great place! The staff are kind and they manage things well, and they fix things nicely (although I still see the part in my roof that broke). They may restrict the visitors at the pool, but they need the money. I really recommend this for any people; new or not. Keep it up!

I've lived at The Enclave at Dry Creek for about five months and I can't say enough good things. My building is amazing - great neighbors. The appointments in the unit itself are modern and neutral. The fact that it is on a dead end street is amazing because traffic is all local. My 7 year-old loves the pool. The staff here are incredible - responsive, friendly, and hardworking. They work really hard at resident experience and it shows. The day of the derecho, the manager was out with flashlight in hand, personally checking on every single resident. Just awesome! Location is everything - just minutes from shopping and the freeway. Can't say enough good things!

I've lived here for just over a year, and have been thoroughly impressed! The apartments themselves are well thought out, with new appliances, lots of storage, and beautiful kitchens. The complex is very well-maintained, clean, and safe. Amenities such as a pool and gym are an added bonus. It is evident that the management and staff really value making this property the best it can be and ensuring a positive experience; they have gone above and beyond on many occasions (including derecho response), and the wonderful community fostered here is a testament to that!

The buildings and apartments are great but it probably helps I got a new one. The mail room, pool and gym are all well maintained too. Gym is a little small but never too crowded in afternoons. Staff and manager setup fun events and communicate news often enough that I don't have to mark emails as spam. Very neighborly atmosphere with the other residents.

Enclave is a great community. Beautiful homes and a great staff. Colleen, Rose, and Jodi are wonderful and extremely helpful! The snow removal team is amazing! I have lived other places where we would be snowed in for hours, not here. Very professional and always on time! I definitely feel like I have found my home. Thank you to the staff at Enclave for making me feel like family!

I have lived here for 6 months and I have enjoyed it! The location is prime with it being so close to restaurants and shopping. I like that my building is tucked away so I don't hear the traffic of Blairs Ferry and that it is in a safe community. The complex is also very pet friendly and has made a good home for my cat. Management is very easy to work with and responds within a timely manner.

The Enclave is a very safe, comfy, and enjoyable place to live. Lots of parking which I like because if you have people over they don’t have to worry about that issue. I highly recommend staying here because you are close to Target and Buffalo Wild Wings and lots of other stores and restaurants. It is a very nice area to live! Also, they have great management and maintenance.

This is easily the best apartment complex in the area. Not only is the community friendly but the staff is welcoming and super attentive. It seems as though they never stop looking for ways to improve the complex. The apartments are very modern and have a great amount of space. Overall, I feel very safe here and I love the location right off of Blair’s Ferry.

I've had a very positive experience at the Enclave. The property is very well maintained and staff is responsive. The hallways and stairways are cleaned regularly. I was very impressed with the property's Derecho response: a large section of roof was ripped off and the property patched the roof the next day! There is a staff member on-site during business hours, and immediately after the storm they opened my garage so I could get to my car.

This has been such a nice place to live! The staff is super nice and responds very quickly to any questions/concerns that you might have. It is fair priced for what you get out of it. A nice place for families or anyone looking for a luxury living space with a good location. It is within walking distance to target, gas stations and it is also right off the interstate.

I have lived in the Enclave for 6 months now and have very much enjoyed my time. I have no issues with either the apartment itself or the community. Management gives timely updates about construction/maintenance. Overall, I highly recommend living here.

It has been wonderful living in this community for over an year. The place is clean, staff is very helpful and Judy is amazing. Gym area is well maintained. Our property manager, Collene is a wonderful person and caring. I highly recommend this place to my friends.
