Riding our bikes pouring down rain the Days inn and suites was 35 mi from where we were Booked a room by time we got there we were soaking wet walked in the door and an amazing lady named Billie Help me check in it was like welcoming arms and a safe Haven showed us where to park our motorcycles so they would be out of the rain also the rooms were awesome clean nice woke up the next morning went to a great complimentary breakfast and the day manager was just as nice and helpful I met who I believed to be the owner or general manager more than gracious and helpful if I'm ever in that area again you better believe I'm going to stay in that hotel trust me when I say this is where you need to be if you're in that area I can go on and on and on but all I'm going to say is it was 😃👍👍 clean great nice good food

Nice clean rooms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Very good Mexican restaurant right next door. If we were in the area, we would stay here again!

Very clean and tidy hotel. The front desk staff is very attentive and wonderful to work with. Everyone is very friendly and the accommodations are great. The beds sleep well. I love the location! Close to everything.

Like always My stay was amazing. Love the front desk folks. The breakfast amazing. SOME loud bangs but front desk handle it like a pro. Will stay again. I come to visit every year for vaction.

I love this chain and have never once suffered a displeasure or negative experience in any way. The staff, the atmosphere, maybe the layout perhaps contributes, but I swear they seem much less bothered, more experienced, easygoing, professional, something..I can't quite explain it but the people that run them are just better then most. They make it seem like being super friendly and expediting everything for you seemlessly, and in the brightest, most convenient, enjoyable surroundings possible is effortless.. always loving the love, at Days Inn.. XO

Room was clean and both room and motel smelled OK, AC and hot water were good. Had a nice recliner in the room. Pleasant staff. Area outside appeared safe for my vehicle. Not much for breakfast choices. coffee/juice, dry cereal and a few Hostess products. I would stay here again.

Billie at the front desk was very polite and awesome at check in, she made us feel welcome. Addy at check out was polite and personable too. Breakfast was great, large variety. Pool was nice. Room was 8 out of 10 for cleanliness and 9 out of 10 for comfort. We will most likely stay here in the future!

Great rooms. They're clean. Staff is very friendly. My 4 year old son with autism escaped the room one morning and after shock and panic, my sister found him with the owners who kept ahold of him and were just about to knock on doors to find his parents. I was so grateful for how friendly and attentive everyone there was!

Great value, good for a quick stop over. Nothing fancy, and breakfast bar could have used some muffins, but clean and very quiet (it was a Monday night). Staff was friendly at 10 PM check in.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Love that the TV wasn't mounted on the wall.

We stayed here to be close to the hospital for my daughter's surgery. The location was great, as it was only a six minutes drive to the hospital and would be a convenient location for various other destinations. The employees at the service desk were kind and helpful and checking in and out was quick. There were plenty of options for breakfast in the morning and the room we stayed in was very nice for the price, with extra pillows and blankets in the room along with a fridge and microwave.

Was here about a month and never had a problem, great internet, plenty of places around, great pricing compared to others in the area. Manager was very nice and helpful! Room could use a bit of a “deep” clean every now and then is all I can find to improve on.

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and cold. Room was clean. Front desk people are wonderful and willing to cooperate. Overall great. 10/10 would stay again.

Wow, we got an unbelievably great deal through expedia combining flight & room with this hotel. Yet it did not lack service, cleanliness & politeness. It was very good. The lobby always had iced lemon water. The continental breakfast had biscuits & gravy, make your own waffles, bananas, apples, yougurt, & toast mini muffins ect. It stayed open until 10:00am. The checkout was noon!! Perfect for late risers!

The customer service and the nicest ladies working here. I came from out of town and my car broke down and the morning reception lady, Eddie, help give me a jump in freezing cold weather, she went out of her way. Thanks Eddie! Joyce, the night receptionist also got back to me in the morning about a question I asked the night before. Billie, another night receptionist lady was also very helpful. Overall, would recommend over and over again.

Great service and comfortable rooms at Cedar Rapids Days Inn. Close to restaurants and friendly staff.

This is the best motel in cedar rapids.Bonnie should be promoted from supervisor to general manager when the opportunity arises. Also Ron should be promoted to supervisor of some sort.The greatest hotel staff I've experienced!

Rooms clean. Air works. Beds are comfy for a hotel. Breakfast was good. Stayed twice at this location. (1) night and a 4 night stay. No complaints either time

Very clean and the room was very large, and they gave me my request for a room always from elevator
