All the food we had was great. The chicken sandwich was a HUGE piece of meat. Excellent quality on ingredients. Drunken heifer was great. Cheese curds were good as well. Service was quick and very friendly.

Love this place! Food, drinks, and service were great. Thank you, Kevin! I had a Bloody Mary with Kevin's famous mix, and my wife had a modified version of a Hibiscus. I already ate the olives, pickle, and bacon out of the Bloody Mary in the pic. Need to try the Peach Cobbler pancakes. We will be back.

I was absolutely blown away by this restaurant! I’ve eaten my places in my life and this BY far was incredible. A must-try! Wish I would’ve taken more pics of the food, but we devoured it! Spinach artichoke dip, Mediterranean salmon salad, cheesecake all to die for! I will be back soon to try more. Thank you and HUGE compliments to the chef!

From the minute we walked up to the door we were greeted with the warmest welcome by one of the staff members. She was ultimately our server and literally the sweetest person. The restaurant is decorated for the holidays now so it’s especially festive!
We chose sandwiches and they were delicious, but they had a nice variety of other items to choose from on the menu. Overall the food was great, it’s very clean, and I’d give it an A+ for our service yesterday. Definitely going back!

Literally the best service I have had in awhile. I love the atmosphere here and we all loved our brunch. I would definitely come back. They decorated cute for Christmas too.

Excellent dinner and hangout spot! There is something for everyone on the menu, and the cocktails are excellent! The ambiance is fun and location is perfect.

Just had lunch at Goldfinch Tap + Eatery in Marion and wow!! Delicious food and amazing service!! I had the Finch Club (shown in photo) with chicken on bread instead of croissant and it was delicious! They also have Mac & Cheese of the month specials and various mac n cheese om their regular menu! 😋 Check them out if you haven’t already!

The Pulled Pork Mac is fantastic! They have done a great job of decorating for Christmas. Definitely going back again soon!

This place is always busy, and that's a good sign for business! Drinks and food are delicious every time. Their service is usually very quick and friendly, but I always expect to make it a longer dining experience when I'm here because of how busy they are. The space is nice, but again...when it's busy, it feels really cramped. It's definitely a favorite - and I know I'm not alone!

We entered and were welcomed promptly. Asked if we would like a booth (thank you very much we did, we love booths!)

Our server was James and let us know how the menu worked and took the time to show us how meals and ad ons could he changed.

We ordered Frys with all kinds of goodies on them as you can see in the photos and wings. They were delicious!

I also highly recommend the sangrias! Yummmmm! I drank a couple raspberry and blueberry.

I ordered the steak, I believe it was called the Delmonico. It came out exactly as ordered and the mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts were also amazing! The wife ordered the beet salad with Salmon and also said it was “quite scrumptious”! I tried it and agreed!

I don’t give out 5 stars often, but this was definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks James and Gold Finch! Keep doing what you are doing :)!

High priced food, but excellent, upscale quality twist in bar-food menu. Delicious beers on tap with a variety for all flavor palates. Cool ambiance with mod art deco styling and decor. My dad and I were passing through Marion and wanted a local eatery. Would recommend!

Best place in town for our family! The kids love coming in here especially now that it is decorated for Christmas! It is always such a cozy friendly atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing haven’t had anything here we haven’t liked yet. The kitchen staff was great at making sure everything was out in a timely manner and The Chef Matt also came out to make sure everything was cooked to perfection and the waitress and bartender, Sydney and Ashley, were attentive and accommodating to the littles and made sure they had everything they need and that they felt important and got to order for themselves and ask any questions they had. This is where they always ask to eat and I have a hard time finding a reason to say No!

Great atmosphere with big cozy booths. My date & I ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer and it packed a flavorful punch in every bite, we had plenty to take for leftovers! Goldfinch offers some great weekly specials and happy hour specials, Thank you! Mac & Cheese is a specialty so I choose it as a side, the pasta was very cheesy spirals. The vegan bean burger on a pretzel bun was also flavorful. The greatest treat was the scotcheroo “the side of your face” it’s homemade goodness. As a side note the bartender was also able to make their Raspberry sangria mule as a mocktail for me so I could enjoy a drink without lowering my consciousness. Thank you for a great date meal! Our waitress was also incredibly friendly & helpful she never even mentioned that we were there after hours & she told us about the live music they have on the weekend! I highly recommend!

Brunch on the weekends is great food, great service! Always sit at the bar and Kevin is so friendly!

Ashley, Tiffany, and Naomi are the best. They are funny, sweet, and attentive. We show up for happy hour but keep coming back because of the 5 star service. Keep up the good work you guys, be back soon!

Great food and waitress was amazing. Had a large group and she was more attentive than most. Took care of refills and requests without us initiating.

The food was also served quickly and to order. Tasted great and had a lot of good options. Highly recommend.

The Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Past is probably the best pasta dish I’ve had in years.

Definitely a must stop if traveling thru the Cedar Rapids, IA region.

Ordered a burger and parm tots. The burger is absolutely massive! Service was excellent and they were pretty slammed. More of a high end eatery. Will definitely be back.

Goldfinch is our go to restaurant! The service is great even when busy. The food is always absolutely delicious, haven’t had one thing we didn’t like and didn’t have beautiful presentation as well in multiple regular trips for their brunch and dinner menu. They are also just fantastic for a family spot as everyone is so friendly and accommodating with our kiddos of all different ages! Will definitely keep returning as well as always recommend for those looking for a great local family destination or date night.

Fantastic service and the food was the best I've had in quite some time. A must see if you're in Marion, Iowa.
