Ideal Storage

I highly recommend NOT getting a storage unit with this facility if you value your things. Our storage unit was broken into, and our Harley Davidson was stolen. This facility has no cameras on site, even though we were not the first or second break in incident. They do not have contracts, the payments are month to month, cash only. Which may sound appealing, but just be aware, that apparently thieves know that there are no cameras and that the owners will do absolutely nothing about it if their clients’ property is robbed. That speaks volumes of a company to me, and cameras should have been installed after the very first incident. The owners are aware that our bike was stolen, and they had nothing to say, even though we have been with them for almost three years now. We will be going elsewhere for more secure storage, where they actually care about what happens to their loyal customers.
