I would love to give my local CVS a better star rating however I simply can’t! For over 1.5 years I have constantly had problems with item availability.
I have Aetna Medicare for a supplement and I have to use CVS as an OTC provider. 1st, they are supposed to have the OTC items marked so you can easily find the approved items. They seem to not even make an effort.
2nd, they are ALWAYS OUT OF IMPORTANT ITEMS and I’m told that they run out fast and they stock them when they get them. ORDER MORE!
The real problem ends up being that you can only get OTC items 3 times in 3 months so when you have to constantly leave you’re items because of these rules it’s a real hassle!
I want to switch to another pharmacy that is more reliable. And thinking of leaving Aetna because of this!
