Adam and Cody do a fantastic job with install and are very helpful upon completion to walk you through the setup. Very personable and cleanup once they’re done. The system Jeff designs are great and Hawkeye knocked it out of the park overall.

Jeff Adam and Cody have shown my wife and I how business support is supposed to operate. This has been lost in dealing with many other businesses nowadays. Hawkeye Audio should be complimented about the simple etiquette of returning phone calls, follow-up calls and service. Very rare to find this today.
Our sound system has worked like a charm, with any questions about operation only a phone call away.

Our theatre room was built in 2007 and there are design flaws that Adam from Hawkeye A/V has helped us overcome. For example, conduit was not used for the wiring but Adam figured a way to get a cable TV connection. He helped us figure out that one of the speakers was installed into a vent passage way, which explained an odd noise in the room. When we call Hawkeye A/C for help, we are never rushed and they take the time to listen.

It's one of the very few places I have rated at 5 stars. Jeff was very friendly and patient. He answered the (many) questions I had. Was able to buy considerably cheaper than online. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I even got a handwritten receipt that gave the experience the personal touch. I would very highly recommend it.

Fabulous experience picking out a pair of bookshelf speakers. Jeff was incredibly patient with all my questions and gave me a great price. Better price than online. Did you hear that - couldn't buy them cheaper online! There's two things you should never buy online - a good suit and a pair of speakers. Go in to Hawkeye Audio/Video and hear what you've been missing.

Great job by Adam! I explained what I wanted my stereo system to do, he offered options & we came up with the ideal solution. He did all the setup work for me, explained how to use the new Sonos and even solved problems created thru our internet service. Excellent service, quality work and reasonable price.
