Amanda has always been super flexible with scheduling.
Every time I have an appointment, I am nothing but pleased with the services. She takes the time to get to know her clients, and her prices cannot be beat. I would reccomend her to anyone!

Do not recommend. I'm very disappointed about my interaction with Amanda. Sadly I cannot comment on the quality of services as I did not get to experience these; both of my appointments were cancelled within 24 hours -- the most recent being cancelled a mere 30 minutes before my appointment -- due to personal reasons. The company appears to me to be unprofessional, flaky, and flippant with customer service. When pressed, offers excuses and 'it's not able to be helped.' Not only was it a frustrating experience, it was also extremely inconsiderate. I had childcare lined up for my children during the scheduled times, and for the most recent appointment already had child care on site at my home so I could make it to the appointment. Such a waste of time and money. I will not attempt to go here again.

Awful. Just awful. (Check reviews on her other Google business page that is marked permanently closed) I scheduled 4 appointments with her, she canceled all of them. Her excuses go from in the hospital with pneumonia, to the flu, to a flat tire, to in the hospital for no given reason. She will text you at midnight and cancel 10-30 minutes in advance when you are already driving over there. After the multiple cancels, I find reviews on Google and Yelp saying she does the same thing to other people. She makes up excuses and tries to capitalize money off of unredeemed Groupons. I've reported her to Groupon and I even reached out to the Cedar Rapids Police Department. Do not waste your time or your money.

Wow. If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. I am not usually the one to leave reviews nor am I the one to complain about an establishment considering I understand life happens and not everyone's perfect but I have never been so taken back at such unprofessional behavior. This woman is CLEARLY not fit to run a business.

Let me explain:
My mom surprised me with an hour massage and paraffin wax treatment for my birthday since I have had such a stressful week. My mom had called and made the appointment earlier this week for 10am on Thursday then double checked the time to make sure we were still on the same page.

Come Thursday, I get there a few minutes before 10 and wait for them to open. As I'm sitting there, several minutes start to go by and I'm questioning if we had everything right. My mom tried calling/texting but no answer. I decide to wait some more because I understand running late is common and life happens. It gets to about 10:30 and I'm really starting to get frustrated especially since neither my mom or I have heard anything from the lady. We call and text several more times but still no answer. I wait until 11am. ONE HOUR past my appointment time and STILL no show and no answer. I go home completely frustrated and baffled.

It's not until 12pm that my mom gets a text saying she was in a car accident the night before and the meds she had taken completely knocked her out. I was in awe. Why in the world would you continue with an appointment after being in a car accident??? Why would you not inform your client??? Why would you trust that you can handle a clients appointment after being put on a new medication??? I'm just COMPLETELY in shock. So no, I don't have a review of her actual services but no I don't even want to know how she would actually handle an appointment if she can't properly communicate.

Never got my massage! First time she cancelled just hours before my scheduled time. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later, received numerous email reminders from her online booking. She did not show up. I waited for over 20 mins, texting with no response. Do NOT waste your time or money with this "spa".
