Papa Johns Pizza

All I can say is that I'm super happy that I decided to place my order on New Years Eve. I was hesitant because of all the other reviews that I was reading. We did NOT experience any of these other issues that I have read about so that makes me believe they were isolated incidences. We ordered 8 pizzas with a bunch of different dipping sauces. I called ahead to check on the order to make sure it was all good for pickup. Sam answered the phone and assured me everything was good for my order. She was 100% correct and super friendly/polite on the phone. My friend picked up our order a half hour later and everything went smooth and the order was done correctly and on time for pickup. Pizza tasted amazing and looked great upon arrival to my house a half hour away. We did however have the pizza in our own pizza delivery bag so it kept them fresh for the ride home. Overall I will definitely be back and can't wait to place another order with this amazing store and it's great staff!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU PUT IN ON A HOLIDAY TO KEEP ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SATISIFIED!!!! IT DOESN'T GO UNNOTICED AND YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE IN MY BOOK!!!!!

Not a sit-down restaurant, but they do have a decent sitting area if you are early to get you pizza. Always smells great! And the food has always been good from this location.

Amanda is and has been very courteous and friendly every time that I have gone in there to pick up for my family. Not only her but all the staff seem like a fun and hard working bunch! Good job guys and gals and thank you for being quick and accurate everytime!!

I ordered two pizzas online and was going to pick it up. When I arrived I walked in and automatically you could tell the atmosphere was cheerful ,was great, they had great banter with each other ,they were in good moods they were working hard and having fun. So I walk up to the counter and tell them that I'm there to pick up my pizzas. Before Iy even say another word they cccccccccccccc fzme the afmy name and went to grab the cccme. Tsshat's when they informed me that they c a mistake on one of my pizzas and that they had to remake it and I was going to be receiving an additional pizza. I ordered two and ended up taking home three. And then...... they topped my order off with plates, napkins and a couple other goodies just for the inconvenience. Which by the way was no inconvenience to me because they had corrected the mistake before I got there. I just really think that they handled themselves wonderfully I would definitely recommend ordering from there. I'm going back for sure......

I really love Papa John's They have great food and it's always hot and fresh in the cashiers and everyone that works there even the cooks they're always fairly and helpful I give them 100 are standing ovation you're going

Easily the best fast-food pizza place. Not even debatable. I worked at the Marion location and really enjoyed it! It's kept very well, no corners cut in the cleaning process. Try pineaple and chicken or Philly steak and spinach. Cinnamon dessert is also delicious.

Order $40 of pizza and gave driver an $11 tip. Food and sauce cups were all corrrect and delicious. Driver forgot my soda... Not a big deal. He said hed run it back to me in 5 minutes. (I live 5 blocks the store) The lobby was closed so I was at the mercy of the driver. I start eating and time goes by... I eventually get to the point where im thirsty (which is why i ordered a drink). So I continue to wait patiently but after about 20 minutes of waiting I call the store only to be met with no apologies... No effort to make it right and make me feel appreciated as a loyal customer. Nothing other then theyll bring my one soda when they can. All in all... Took about 35 minutes or so for me to get my soda... From a driver I tipped $11 from a store roughly 90 seconds from my house. I'll find a different place to spend my almosy $50 this weekend due to poor service and lack of awareness by employees.

The cleanest pizza place I've seen in a while. The service was faster than time quoted and food was better than expected. The staff is polite and very helpful! I will return consistantly!

Excellent and consistent quality for great value. Nothing fancy, and doesn't try to be. Just a tasty pizza, as always. Friendly staff here is always a bonus.

Compare to Pizza Hut and Domino. Papa John's Pizza is taste better. I like the green pepper and fast service. The staffs are nice too.

Driver accidentally delivered wrong item. Papa John's immediately remade it and let us keep the wrong item at no charge. Great service.
