We are relocating from Texas to Iowa; we had a house and vehicles bundled in Texas and needed to maintain home coverage for the Texas house, add coverage on an Iowa house on a specific date, and to transfer vehicle coverage from Texas to Iowa on a certain date. Sierra was sensational. She took over an hour asking questions to determine what coverage we wanted/needed vs. just giving a blanket quote. She gave thorough explanations on coverage options. This was by far the very best service I have ever received from not only an agent, but also customer service as a whole. Way to go, Sierra! This lady knocked it out of the park!

I am in the process of buying a house and had the pleasure of talking to Paris about homeowners insurance. She was very patient and knowledgeable and walked me through all aspects of my coverage. I initially intended on signing up for homeowners insurance alone but was able to get more coverage for a cheaper rate for my 2 cars and motorcycle than my State Farm policy with just 2 cars. This totally sounds like an ad but if you’re on the fence about who to go to for your insurance, it’s worth your time to talk to an agent!

Jake was wonderful. He took the time to find the correct insurance that was comparable to what we currently had. It was not only comparable but better than what we had. We had been with our current insurance for a long time, but with the savings, we can pass up Jake's offer.

Jazmine Trout was my agent. I spoke with her a couple times concerning my insurance needs. She was very professional with a mix of personal touch with such friendliness. By the end of our conversations, l felt I knew her on a personal level. Jazmine definitely knows her Insurance business and was able to suggest ways to bundle and save and directed me accordingly. Her expertise is amazing. Allstate insurance should feel very proud and lucky to have her on their team!! Changing insurance carriers is not the easiest thing to do. Sierra Dias made the entire process painless. She is very knowledgeable and wants to make sure you are getting the best possible coverage at the best price. I highly recommend Sierra and I do not usually give recommendations.

I talked with Sierra today and she was AWESOME. I never really understood what my covers meant or what covered what but she explained everything to me in a way I could understand (not boring and monotone like most) and was so kind and patient. Sierra went above and beyond her job duties and answered every question I had and I feel so protected with my new renters policy, along with my old auto policy.
