Great service! My vehicle is a little bit older and needed some disassembly done to remove the battery. They ran into an issue with a rusted clamp but they did beautiful work! Very quick and efficient work for the complications they had.

I called just for pricing and the person who answered my call was super helpful. This was after calling another place that specialized in batteries and being told it would be easier if I just came down to the store (with a dead battery). Anyway when I brought my vehicle to Interstate Battery I was to be even more impressed. They handled the whole thing in 10 minutes - from questions to installation to check out. And, but of the employees were very personable, friendly and seemed very competent. I don't plan to buy my batteries anywhere else in the future. But if the quality is as you say, I probably won't be back for quite a few years with this vehicle. Thank you for making me feel I was in good hands with a great battery to boot.

I came to interstate battery simply to get a battery and move on with my day. The day that started with me being stuck at Walgreens for an hour due to this dead battery, so as you can understand I was not looking forward to the rest of the day. I pulled into interstate battery and a worker was doing something outside but when I got out of my car I was greeted by him. His name is Chase. Within 10 minutes, he had disconnected my old battery and put in the new one and had me checked out. The fact he went above and beyond to help me install the battery, in this colder weather was amazing. I highly recommend Chase, as while he was working on my battery he got to know me as a person. He asked what I was doing this weekend, and was very courteous and helpful. Interstate Battery is lucky to have a worker of his caliber.

Thanks again Chase for turning my day around by going above and beyond your job expectations. I’m glad we were able to get this taken care of quickly and smoothly but I am also happy to have made a friend!

I have had nothing but honest, good service here. Although Interstate Batteries are generally known as the most expensive brand, the quality of the batteries and the exceptional customer service prove the expense to be well worth it.

Smart phone battery!!! At a time when I didn't really want to afford a new phone, the technician at Interstate went above and beyond to get me going again. Even after two batteries failed and I was convinced that it was my phone, Jeremy found the correct battery and my phone is now functioning perfectly. Don't take the phone company's word, let these guys check it out. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEREMY!!!

I had a unique need for a specific electronics battery pack for a testing device that has become obsolete on the OEM market , 4.7 volts lithium. I searched the seas of Internet and could not find any available. I walked into my local Interstate Specialty Battery shop, and in 20 minutes the associate was able to replicate two units for me. I wish I would have caught the name of this person for recognition, but that does not change the fact that I am back in business with my equipment. Thanks Interstate! G.D. happy customer!

My wife took the SUV for a new battery on an extremely cold day. Although there was a wait because of the weather, when it was her turn she was in and out. The young men were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Excellent service! Batteries were dead in both my keyless remote fobs for my car, making it very difficult to start or unlock the car. They had both batteries switched out and working within minutes!! Thank you!

Great bunch of guys working there, if you need a battery for your fish finder, or if you need a really gnarly battery to beat back old man winter's bite on your car- this is the place to go. The guy who does the cell phone repair is awesome!

Bought my battery a year ago and yesterday it started on the first try in -26 weather. Staff is friendly and helpful... especially Jeremy.

I came here after 2 places failed to have my car battery. Jeremy answered the phone and was professional and friendly and that continued after my car proved difficult (due to past owners not doing the right thing.) He went above and beyond.
