Vella Yoga

Vella is one of my favorite yoga studios, Stephanie does a great job with any accommodative poses and supporting her students with new moves. Such a great way to start and end my day!

Stephanie and her team run a wonderful studio that is very inclusive and affirming. The punch card system works great for my husband and I who often travel for work and can't attend regular sessions every week. We can go when we are available and 100% get our money's worth. I'd recommend Vella to anyone, from beginner to advanced yogis!

Took the introductory yoga series and it was great! I'd never tried or done yoga before and Stephanie made it easy to learn and get started and have fun alongside. I felt very welcome and cared for. They have a good array of options for scheduling throughout the week and time of day, so I'm looking forward to taking some regular classes as well~

I have been taking classes at Vella Yoga for over a year. I started in their Beginning Yoga class and progressed into the Hip Opener class. The Beginning Yoga class was a perfect place to start. Each week Stephanie added to our basic yoga knowledge, helping everyone to feel comfortable yet improve on their skills. Vella provides a wide variety of classes allowing students with any level of experience to learn and grow. The flexible class schedule allows for me to find classes that work around my busy life yet still commit to attending weekly courses. Ellie is the instructor for my current weekly class. She brings motivation quotes to her classes and is easy to relate to with her down to earth stories. I love to attend Vella Yoga and will continue recommending the studio to my friends and family.

Vella Yoga is an excellent studio that always makes me feel welcomed. I appreciate the accommodations for anyone to participate in any level of class. I also really like the punch card system which allows for flexibility in scheduling.

After taking a hiatus from yoga, I was on the hunt for a studio closer to my home that could support me as I eased back into my practice. Vella has been that studio. I found them in the midst of the Covid pandemic, but was so pleased at how they accommodated students virtually. I also appreciated that, as we ease back into a normal routine, they continue to provide virtual options for their students. Vella provides a much needed respite in times of unrest and is a pillar of wellness in our community!

Vella is such a warm and welcoming place. The instructors are very good at making everyone welcome and offering modifications to make the classes accessible to all levels, or challenging you to find your edge if they sense you are not quite there. This is a great place to center after a challenging day or start your day with a Saturday sunrise power flow.

This yoga studio is the best in the area! I highly recommend the Beginner series if you are new to yoga. They offer a yoga retreat that is so rewarding. Check them out!!!

Vella Yoga is my home away from home. I always feel welcome and know that a friendly face will be there. It’s an all levels all bodies welcome place.

This is such a great little yoga studio! A hidden gem in Marion! The instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and the studio has an awesome positive vibe! Highly recommend!
