Window World of Cedar Rapids

Window World did an excellent job on our building built in 1876. We had 21, 11 1/2’ windows replaced! Very professional the whole way through. They completed the huge job in 4 days!

Excellent product very pleased to have chosen them. Replacement of windows can be a difficult process but not with Window World. Our picture window cracked so we decided to replace that along with the other livingroom window & Window World did an exceptional job!! Nick was wonderful helping me through the sales process & even joined Austin to install them for us. They were a great team & even cleaned up after themselves. This was a great investment to our home & we will be returning customers!! Very pleased!!

I had just about every window and glass repair/replacement company come to my home for estimates on my large picture window in front of my home that cracked. Window World not only was the least expensive by FAR, but it’s got a lifetime warranty despite the decreased price, working with Nick on the purchase was easy and he explained everything perfectly. Was even willing to meet me at my office for paperwork when I couldn’t get out of the office and quick to respond to emails. The guys that installed were great, efficient and cleaned up the place perfectly. I was worried about having such a huge open hole in my home in January but they were so quick that it barely made a difference.

Brent installed windows today. Amazingly efficient. It took him just 6 hours to install 13 windows. He completed each window, verified proper operation, then cleaned up inside and outside before starting on the next window.

Austin and Jeff did a fabulous job installing my 5 windows here in Fairfield. They were very competent, efficient, friendly, easy to work with. The precision of their work was excellent, an example is the trim work. They showed me so of the great features of the window. I experience that the company itself was excellent in all regards: customer service (Windy in Des Moines), the pricing as compared to Pella or MAD Windows in Madison, WI. They did what the said they would do.

I would highly recommend Window World. They definitely deserve 5 stars. They did such an amazing job on my new windows and my storm door. The windows and the customer service that Kendall and his staff provided was amazing.

We had some windows recently installed by window world. I absolutely love them. Kendall gave me a great deal and was able to get a better style window for what I needed in the basement. That slider is big and yet slides light and easy.
I would 100% recommend Window World and the installer I used, Austin.
Austin was extremely professional and on time. He stayed in communication with me during the whole process and showed me the windows afterwards and what he did.
I’m absolutely obsessed with how great the wraps look, when I know they were difficult to begin with. 100x better!

Window World provided us with excellent products, both windows and siding with soffits, at a very reasonable price. We were very impressed with their representative Danny Hartman and the local crew who did the installation. They worked in blistering heat and, in spite of that, did superb work. Our neighbors are so impressed with our house – we’ve gotten multiple compliments and one hired Window World with the same crew to work on his house. Quality products and workmanship at a good price – can’t beat it!

Gary did a great job fixing our screen! Went outside in the 30 mph winds and put the screen back in for us too!! He was very polite and professional!

Once they arrived, the office team got the installation scheduled in a very smooth and timely manner. We had insulated siding installed on our home. There were many colors to choose from. The siding is sturdy, looks nice and I have noticed improved sound proofing from outside noise. The salesman was knowledgeable. The installers worked long hard days and finished our home in 4 days. Very satisfied.

Window World was a great company to work with. Their salesman was professional and easy to get along with. Their price was competitive. Their installer was very nice, and I enjoyed having him around during the install.
