I loved this place, I stayed here with my family of 4 plus our puppy. We stayed in a 2 bed studio and were very comfortable. They were very accommodating. The staff was super friendly. The property had BBQ grills and a fire 🔥 pit! It was like home away from home

The room was large, clean and comfortable. It was also really quiet. The hotel appears to be pretty new and although it is located among a lot of fast food type restaurants, it only takes a couple minutes to drive down the road to a very cute area with a variety of better sit-down options. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

The people at the front desk is very friendly, they offer you a cookie, it has varieties of cookies, the rooms are nice, the elevator is very fast, no molds, big tv. I would stay here if I were you.

Nice clean rooms except the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and breakfast was not so good.

We got 5 rooms for the MMA fights.

I have stayed here several times now. Rooms are great, bed is comfortable, mini kitchen stocked with most items you might need to cook a meal.
This last visit it was obvious they had treated the room for bugs because there was a lot of powder around baseboards....

Prefaced by saying: my opinions may be slightly biased due to circumstances. We were travelling for the holiday season and found ourselves in a schedule crunch, and needed a place to ride out the upcoming blizzard. In looking at available options, we were looking for 3 key factors: location (near to our destination), price, and amenities (we're traveling with a type-1 diabetic, so in the event we would need to stay more than one night, we'd need to be able to make food and keep insulin at safe temperatures). We were able to make a last-minute reservation by phone, and the woman working the front desk was efficient, friendly, and understanding. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The heating unit was quiet and worked beautifully. Having a full kitchen available, with all needed kitchenware to hand, was a fantastic plus. The entire building was incredibly well insulated; no noisy halls, no thumping on floors or ceiling from other guests. Full fitness center, laundry, and indoor pool. The breakfast in the morning was quite tasty and well prepared, with plenty of options that even included oat milk, nuts and fruit for oatmeal, Belgian waffles, and excellent coffee. Every member of the staff that we encountered was wonderful.
There are plenty of dining options in the immediate vicinity, and parking was efficiently laid out.
We were so impressed that we've decided any future trips that will require a hotel stay, we'll be trying to organize our stops around the availability of a TownePlace Suites. Absolutely recommend.

We stay here for our Perfect Game tournaments. Staff is very friendly and helpful making you feel like a valued guest. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and rooms are comfortable. Great place to stay if you're in the area. The staff really separates this hotel from others that we stay in during our travels.

The housekeeper Karen, came and changed our trash in our room. She wasn’t even assigned our room. To me that’s excellent customer service. Karen could have easily told me to call the front desk and find out who was assigned to our room. She didn’t hesitate to be of assistance. Thank you Karen!

Great hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Service was excellent.

Room was modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the free cookies at the desk, breakfast was great, staff friendly. Not sure why people aren’t rating this hotel higher. I’ve stayed at other area hotels rated higher that were not as nice as this one.

Such a nice stay! The hotel was extremely clean, the kitchenette area was really nice to have, the rooms were quiet, and the bed was decent for a hotel bed. The breakfast was great with lots of options, including dairy-free milk. Even the pool was clean. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants and shops close by. The staff was friendly and they had free cookies nightly. It was nice to have the late check-out time of noon. My one and only thing I feel they were missing was a hot tub. A hot tub would've put this hotel over the top. But even as is, it was a great hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting Cedar Rapids.

As travel nurse I stayed there for 3 weeks and had a wonderful experience.All the staff were really good, friendly and very professional. Hotel is very clean. Highly recommended especially if you need to stay in an extended period of time in Marion/Cedar Rapids.

Location is perfect for anything in town. Stay here monthly for work visits. The staff is friendly and the rooms are affordable but nice and very clean.

Just an all around nice hotel. Pool was closed for Covid when we stayed, but they have a couple sets of cornhole or bags that they'll let you play with. And I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room came with a kitchenette. And it was clean and cheap, which was really all I wanted. The rest was just bonus.

Very clean and sleek. Came from Milwaukee for a wedding. This place must be new, everything has that new look and smell and, bed was super comfy, the included breakfast was pretty solid too. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel we stayed in was the best. Even with the pool being down almost the whole time we where there. But the staff was so friendly our room was clean and we met so many nice people staying there.

Conveniently located near several restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms have a small kitchenette with dishes and cups provided. There's a small workstation if you need to do some online work. Extra pillows and blankets are provided in the closet.

Can't say enough good about this place. I love everything about it but please let the woman that does the breakfast put out a tip jar. She so deserves it. She is very sweet. I will stay here again and again!!
