Duane, the salesman was a great guy to work with. I felt like he listened to what I wanted and helped me make choices accordingly. He was knowledgeable on window specs and friendly to talk to.

The installation crew were very polite and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

I had them install a huge bay window in the front of the house. It looks great and looks like it's well made. I look forward to working with legacy on my next window replacement

Legacy replaced nine windows in our older home. The sales process with Duane was low pressure and we found the products of quality and at a reasonable cost. Nick and crew were timely, professional and were respectful in the household. The quality of the work is AMAZING! We love the new look and will recommend Legacy for home improvement needs.

I had 14 windows replaced including a 10 foot picture window, 4 exterior doors with storm doors and Seth did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional and cleaned up. I also had a bathroom remodel that John was the installer and he also did a fantastic job with the accolades as Seth. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Legacy to stabilize our attached enclosed porch and install new windows . The team kept us informed every step of the way until the entire job was completed. The team was also professional and friendly. We love the work they did and are enjoying our porch again.

Under new ownership. And is better than ever. If you want windows and u want them done right this is worth checking out even against the big dogs...easy peezy to make a job a wonderful experience!

Sadly, still waiting on 2 replacement windows that cracked after install with first freeze in Dec. Waiting for 3 weeks for someone to get back to me on where we are at with the replacement-

We had new windows installed in 2021, and the seals went bad in one of the windows already. Tried calling company, but they must be out of business.

Do not use this company

Very pesty at the beginning once papers were signed never heard from then until the day they were at my house ready to start. Once started project communication was terrible and they worked 1 day a week if that. They ordered wrong patio door and blamed it on our house being wrong. Waited for caulk that menards has in stocks for 3 weeks they junked are patio lights and took our trim for our basement out of the garage and used it because they were short and couldn't afford more. The owner and his 2 guys came to my house ready for a check and weren't leaving till they were paid. work was not completed yet. He stood here and told me his business had to go bankrupt to be Able to make it through times and that his help is not helpful and all the problems but what problems I had going on not professional at all. Have yet to receive receipt or warranty papers for siding and windows

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. We were given a deadline of "a couple weeks" to have our siding and windows replaced (starting in March). Several months later (now October), we have delt with the most immature, unprofessional, irresponsible business that I have ever come in to contact with and STILL an incomplete project. After we gave the owner, Josh, final payment I have not been able to get in contact with him. Ridiculous and unacceptable!
