CrossFit 151

This group is amazing! Started in September after I just felt so discouraged at my last gym. And I haven't been able to work out lately due to a surgery in Noember but this group is great, both in and out of gym. You won't find a better group of people that 151.

I've dropped into 151 the last two times I visited my parents in Cedar Rapids. I've attended their 5 and 6am classes and the members are so friendly! Very welcoming and all the smiles, especially when you're finished with a great workout. Give them a try, even if you're a bit nervous about starting CrossFit. They'll take care of you.

Joined 151 to get involved with a legit group of people who were serious about getting stronger, faster, better at the sport. These guys and gals are. They also have a great kids program, that all of my kids are involved in. If that isn't enough, the people are great and super friendly. They take the craft seriously, but also have a good time and enjoy each other while doing it. Love this place!

This is a great place to test your boundaries and get the results you're looking for. This gym is for anyone looking to avoid the typical gym environment and develop friendships on a different level! The owner Zach is a great guy with a great sense of humor and drive!

I dropped in while I was in town. Nice people, friendly coaches. Lots of fun and great fitness!

This was a great home away from home during the holidays. The community made me feel welcome during my drop-in sessions and I'll happily go back next time I am in town. Thanks everyone!
