Well-maintained ground considering it is a very shaded park. Not a lot of sun for growing grass. Plenty of picnic benches and some cement seating areas. Really nice community events held here throughout the year. Farmers markets, a "chocolate walk" in many of the businesses surrounding the square a couple times/year, live music weekly in the summer and beyond, large arts festival drawing artists from around the U.S. An old train caboose/engine? in the park. Pretty flowers in large pots also well maintained during Spring, Summer and Fall. The park is about one block large. Enjoy!

A great outdoor place to meet friends or business associates over coffee. The uptown Marion environment is really pleasing as the center of a great city.

A great place to exotics some of the culture of downtown Marion. I love the pizza (Tomaso's) and the Chinese (China King)

The Cost Cutters here is great! They are open M-F 9-8pm, Sat 9-6pm and Sunday 10-5pm.

Tons of options, from China King (great Chinese food), to Cost Cutters and a nail salon. Easy to see from the road.
