I needed parts to make repairs to a John Deere Tractor Mason was very helpful and had the parts sent to the Hiawatha location he even called me to inform me the parts were in. Great Service!!!!

I called ahead and made sure that they had what I needed. I walked in and explained to the person behind the counter what I needed and the guy I talked to on the phone knew what it was and went and grabbed it before the one I to in person had it pulled up on the computer. They are very knowledgeable, and they like to joke around. To many places are to stuffy and easily offended by what people say.

I can not thank P&K equipment, and salesman Brandon enough for everything they have done for me. There customer service goes way above and beyond anything that I could have expected. I VERY, VERY HIGHLY recommend them for all of your John Deere needs

Brandon was great. I purchased a new Stile chainsaw from him. He was very helpful. The second time I tried to use it, it would not start. He got it fired right up for me.

They had the part I was looking for - a ball joint. Unfortunately it comes as part of a tie rod assembly. That's a John Deere issue. No fault of P&K. I gave them 5 stars for this visit because of the time they spent trying to find just the ball joint.

I just recently purchased a riding lawn mower. From the time I contacted them over the phone on my needs. Then go in and see the mower that I wanted. I would and will praise PK implement for there service and there personal are very friendly and up on there game. The person I first talked with is Jared Tharp. a professional from the beginning to the time I picked up my mower. I will be back for any purchases if they arise in the future. And kudos to Jared in Hiawatha store.

The focus on service and not just mechanical but also the personal touch and because of that when you leave your tractor/mower there or obtain new products you feel good... because you know you will be taken care of appropriately.

Experience was great. Full instructions were given as to how to operate the zero-turn John Deere mower.

Great service knowledgeable staff, plus a laugh or two is not bad. When I need my equipment fixed I know it will get done right and I will not need to take it back.
