Tara Widdel has been beyond helpful as a mortgage insurance agent. We moved here after 8 years in Madison, Wisconsin. Joel has been very patient with me when answering all of my questions, educating me about the coverage and process. I have a neurological voice disorder and he’s been understanding about that and has used email as I requested. He’s also had to change our beginning date of coverage two times because the closing date has changed. I recommended him to my daughter and she’s getting a quote also.

We have been affiliated with Sheets, Forest and Draper for over 23 years. The best thing I can say that I very seldom think about them. We pay our premiums by autopay and if we need anything we know we can call or e-mail and we get a very quick response. We have no need for more interaction and we are comforted to know they will be there when we need them. We MIGHT be able to get a lower premium elsewhere but we’re not. Interested in changing. I’m comfortable that we are getting a good deal.

Great customer experience. Primary goal was to go with a company for my entire book of business that made the claims experience a positive one. After the derecho, my other company, State Farm was not a positive experience on the claims process. SFD insurance understood what I wanted and matched me up with a great company.

I wanted to get my home insured through Pekin and was talking to a another agency but I was not impressed. I looked at local agencies that carry Pekin and found Sheets Forrest Draper. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I've been with them for the past 8 years.

I hit a deer last fall and needed work on my car. The insurance agent called me within 24 hours and helped walk me thru what was needed. He provided great customer service throughout my process. It was very helpful and much appreciated.

I really appreciate the extra help I received from everyone with my claim from the derecho, changing policy from the estate to homeowner. This last year a lot of agents/insurance companies have received negative comments on social media, I felt fortunate I didn't experience any issues that wasn't resolved.
