The Dental Center Hiawatha

I had my first appointment at the Dental Center Hiawatha in July! I hadn’t been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time due to COVID and insurance issues. Amy was my dental hygienist and she was the most comfortable person to be around! She explained everything to me, was patient and extremely kind! I have dental anxiety and honestly felt sick before my appointment due to worries! I also saw Dr. Jenna, she was the best! She also explained everything and I felt very relaxed! I had to go back in 6 weeks to check things out and I just had that appointment again with Amy. She once again was very thorough, even explaining my dental insurance details to me! I’m so very thankful I found an understanding, kind dental office! I haven’t felt this comfortable in a dental setting in YEARS. Highly recommend getting an appointment at the Dental Center!!

Always a wonderful experience..Highly recommend. My hygienist is awesome. She goes over and beyond to make me comfortable and explains things well. So friendly and helpful. I appreciate what they do to keep my smile nice. 😃

I am so grateful that my friend referred me to the Dental Center in Hiawatha. The staff are very friendly and kind. The office is clean and very easy to find.
My favorite part is that everything is explained thoroughly. I’ve been to other dental offices who like to do their work, pat you on the head and send you off. Not the Dental Center. The staff is thorough and explains EVERYTHING!
If you are disappointed in your dental team, you should consider booking an appointment at the Dental Center.

Could not recommend The Dental Center any more! I have been seeing this team since 2005 (first at their CR office) where I had dental implants done. Dr. Chris Haganman did an AMAZING job back then, and he and his teams continue to deliver the utmost care with their immense expertise and knowledge. Not to mention the offices are very comfortable with soft music, cushy seats, lots of natural lighting, and even a special kids corner in the waiting room. The perfect place for a family's lifetime of dental care!

First of all our whole family goes here. We were referred by my husband's parents. We love the Dental center. All of the Dr.s are great! My middle Child sees Dr. Jenna. She is great and very patient with kiddos. Christian has always been nervous of the Dentist but she makes him feel very comfortable. She does a great job and can get him in and out. My husband also sees Dr .Jenna. and he is very particular about who touches his teeth. He loves her! I've seen Dr. Chris but have missed him the past couple of times so see Dr. KYLE, and he is wonderful too. Very kind and informative. We have never ever had a bad experience with the Dental Center. All of the staff from the top to the receptionist are kind caring people. I highly recommend the Dental Center

I have been a patient at The Dental Center for 32 years. Ami and Dr. Stovie are absolutely amazing! They are kind, gentle, and listen. Even though they have grown over the years, they have managed to keep the family feel.

I love this dental office, staff is so nice and accomadating. Ive had to make last minute changes to appointments and they always make it an easy process. Ive also improved on my dental health which I'm very pleased about. My children also enjoy being seen here. Would recommend

20 years of care by Chris and his staff at the Dental Center has been a 5 ⭐ visit every time. I’m a long retired Dental Assistant with 22 yrs experience so l am able to recognize great dentistry. Thank you, Chris, and staff!

Dr. Jenna Hageman did some extensive front teeth crowns for me with her assistant Callan. Callan was so gentle while injecting the anesthesia because I am one that it takes a lot to be numb. They are an AWESOME team. The temporary teeth Callan made for me looked as good as my new permanent teeth. Their in-house crown design lab on Mt. Vernon road is superb as well. They designed my teeth to blend in with the existing aging teeth. I never imagined I would ❤ my smile so much. These ladies at the Dental Center took very good care of me and I can't imagine going to anyone else. Thanks Dr. Jenna and Callan for my fabulous new smile!

I have been going to the Dental Center since we moved here in 2008. Amy Ward has been my hygienist all of that time. I highly recommend her. Chris and Jenna have also been great. I have recommended them to my friends and family and they have been very happy with the care they have received.

I recently had the most fantastic experience with Sandy and Jenna at The Dental Center! After having a cracked tooth emergency they both went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedules last minute. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I couldn’t stop smiling after I left their office and for that, I am beyond grateful to them! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kendra today as my hygienist. She was outstanding. Everything from her initial greeting until the end of the appointment was great. She has a calm demeanor, clearly communicates, & a gentle touch cleaning style.

For me, it sucks getting dental X-rays because of some extra bones protruding in my mouth. But Kendra handled it with ease and minimized my discomfort.

I love this dental practice & Kendra is a great addition to their team. I highly recommend seeing if you can schedule it to get a dental cleaning with her.

I have had great outcomes with all my visits to the Dental Center. We switched 15 + years ago as we were not recieving good care. Dr Chris and team has taken great care of us as a family.
Great preventative care with the kids when younger. Fixed me up with excellent bridge work.
Now we visit the office in Hiawatha. DrJenna and Dr Kyle provide the same care Dr Chris does.
The dental hygienists also have that caring touch taking care of your cleanings and tracking general health.
We could not be happier and would highly recommend if you are looking for an office that can provide all your needs

Chris and his team of lovely employees are and continue to be the best dental professionals I have ever been to. Everyone is attentive to each patient, focused on their job, and do their job thoroughly. From my first appointment to several appointments I’ve had over the past couple years, never once have I had to worry about whether or not the Hiawatha team would do a good job. They have ALWAYS done an excellent job and I so appreciate Chris’s kindness to me.

I recently went to The Dental Center and had Kendra as my dental hygienist. She was so professional and thorough during our cleaning. She was very welcoming and ensured I had a fantastic experience! I can’t say enough good things about Kendra!

I have had a few dentists in my lifetime, some good, some not so good. So what makes a good Dentist. The Staff as well as your Dentist makes a lot of difference with the experience you have. I can say that the staff has always been helpful and friendly. The Dental hygienist takes her time to do a good job and is very nice. She answers questions and also is a wealth of good info. Mine happens to be Christine. Such a nice person. All the dentists here are good, I happen to have Dr Chris Haganman and one time his son Kyle did a filling for me too.
Chris I consider a friend. He treats you that way. He is an awesome Dr. I trust him and his knowledge of Dentistry. Always so friendly. Thats why I originally brought my family here because of his talent. Teeth are important and you need to take good care of them. I have not always been a good patient, that was in my younger years. I would not routinely get my teeth cleaned and checked. With age comes wisdom...LOL Anyway, I can highly recommend The Dental Center. Anna, who does scheduling is very down to earth and the kindest, sweetest person too. So, you see, I have found everyone at the Dental Center to be very kind and friendly. I don't know all their names but I have never had a bad experience. I have also been to their office located in Cedar Rapids at 815 38th St SE. Two locations for your convenience. Check them out!

All around pleasant experience. From the moment you walk in to the time you meet your dentist these people are really attentive to your comfort. Everything is explained in detail to you before you move forward with anything. Rooms are private with a nice view, very professional setting. I would gladly go back to this office and would recommend it to anyone who is willing to listen.

Every single person makes you feel comfortable and explains everything so well. I've had multiple appointments since November and I'm thrilled with my new smile. The price wasn't bad either, I believe it to be fair and reasonable. Thank you so much Dr. Kyle and everyone involved in this process. Y'all are truly gems!

My family and I have been coming to the Dental Center for 18 years and have had the best experiences since my kids were toddlers to adults. All of the doctors are friendly and very skilled. The Dental Hygienists are A+ too! We continue to come here even when our Insurance is out-of-network because they are the best!

The tech was super kind and did an amazing job the dentist was very kind and informative about my teeth. I have never had such a complete dental exam as I did here. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone
