I LOVE Hope Hearing. They have relieved us of the constant stress & irritation of sleepless nights & days where tinnitus was the only thing we could hear!
They are also SO kind, friendly, generous with their time & expertise. As our ears improve, we go in often for "tweaks". Because I have one ear that refuses to cooperate & the hearing aid is constantly falling out, They see me at the drop of a hat to change length of wires & size & shape of tips.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You cannot put a price on PEACE...peace from post Covid tinnitus, from irritable relationships, from frustration at a restaurant or watching closed caption TV that is faster than my brain & peace knowing our hearing is improving.

I began my journey hoping for tinnitus relief in April 2023. While I am only 9 months into therapy, my tinnitus has decreased tremendously. Jonathon Stirn is possibly the best audiologist/care specialist I’ve had in twenty years of wearing devices. He’s personable, reliable, and he gets things done. While I have only had to use Hope’s services a few times, Jonathon and team always set me up quickly and without issue.

Always greeted with a smile. Then they ask if you are having any problems with your devices, have you put them in a little cup to clean and service. This is standard. From hear it is TLC to make sure you don't need minor adjustments. In and out in about 30min plus or minus a few minutes.

Life changing experience. Am still amazed how fine tuned new hearing devices can be tweaked for my different hobbies and social activities I’m involved in. Always caring, always amazing at Hope Hearing :)

Decided to try Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic due to the onset of Tinnitus. It was causing me the inability to function on a daily basis and anxiety/depression issues. The hearing aids have greatly reduced the Tinnitus symptoms during the day and allowed me to function again. I still have some problems sleeping, but even that is better. These results are from about three months of treatment. I highly recommend Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - they listen. I have “hope” as the clinic name implies.

Thank you Hope Hearing! My husbands new aids work great! I’m not repeating myself and these don’t just increase volume they separate most of background clutter by only increasing pitches he needs. It’s helped with his tinnitus caused by chemotherapy also. Wish we would have done this sooner! Your staff are amazing. I had ringing in my ears/tinnitus for about 6 months. My Doctor told me I should get it checked out. A client suggested Hope Hearing, so I went. Dr Jon had me take a hearing test and discovered I had a mild hearing loss as well. I got fitted for hearing aids and am happy I went. The ringing is becoming more manageable-in the 2 weeks I've worn them and I am able to hear people better when I am in a crowd of people. The hearing aids are be tailored to me specifically each time I go in. Dr Jon has been really good about asking questions about any issues I might be having and adjusting the hearing aids accordingly. I would highly recommend Hope if you are experiencing hearing issues.

I greatly appreciate the knowledge and care to assist me with the healing process. They take a holistic approach to get to know you as a person to support me as my health improves.

My experience was amazing. Dr Stirn was very professional and personal. He explained all the tests before they were performed. He offered multiple pairs of hearing devices to test. After the purchase they were programmed and Dr Stirn made sure the application was loaded in my phone and the phone and hearing aids were synced. The follow up has been exceptional. The staff has been welcoming and helpful.

Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center in Hiawatha is such a FANTASTIC place to go to get help with hearing issues and they've improved my Tinnitus issues greatly since my stroke. The whole team is extremely compassionate and takes such outstanding care every time I visit or call. I never feel like a bother to them. I highly recommend this entire team for your needs!

I have been struggling with tinnitus and hearing loss for well over 5 years. I tried hearing devices from one of the big discount box stores but they weren't reliable and didn't address my chronic and daily tinnitus. I am only in my first month of use with my new devices from Hope but the science behind the tinnitus treatment is exciting to me and I am hopeful over time I will get some level of relief. The staff and audiologists at Hope are top notch and are genuinely and authentically interested in helping people like me. My only regret is not turning to Hope sooner! I am beyond satisfied and grateful!
