Kathy does not work for you, you work for Kathy. She is not user friendly and doesn't make buying easy. We went through the closing process which she did not show up for, because it didn't match up with her time. Also my closing time was suppose to be at noon and it got pushed back to 4 o'clock due to her lack in responsibilities. I had to cancel multiple appointments very late notice and try to rearrange help in moving.
I would not recommend anyone use her if you wish for a smooth selling/buying process.

Kathy doesn't respond. Double dealing for years on fed/gov foreclosed homes. Will likely do prison time eventually once she gets caught. Her and her son. Lots of nepotism going on there.

Unprofessional and hard to get a hold of. Could use a crash course in both ethics and customers service. Made a sizeable mistake in the sale of my home and was rude when questioned about her mistake. You'd have a more pleasurable experience hiring a total stranger.
