Fantastic service! Was very quick to get my car in and taken of for replacing the timing belt. Ordered the Lyft ride to get me to the store to pick up my car and covered the cost. After the work was done, I had a flat tire due to something that had been run over and punctured my tire. They covered the cost to get a brand new tire put on my car because the puncture was too big to be patched without hesitation. I work the customer service industry myself, and this service was phenomenal!!

During the recent snow emergency, we ordered a Noco Boost to get a car started and off the road. It was the only one available online at any store nearby. Turns out that model was not in stock, so the associate called us right away and explained that another Noco model was available, at a higher price. He very kindly gave us an extra $10 off. I am thankful we were able to get the car started that day to avoid another ticket!

Well, the overall experience was great, the person In-Charge was amicable and professional, also the associate was quite smart and knowledgeable. Prices are economical and affordable at the same time.

Batteries Plus on Blairsferry Road took excellent care of me. I bought batteries for an older APC backup power supply only to have the unit die on me 5 months later. They couldn't refund my money but they gave me store credit that enabled me to buy a new APC. They didn't have to do that and they obviously believe in excellent customer service. I will be back!

The service at BPB was fast and very friendly. We were able to order easily on line and the gentlemen had it ready for us. The 2 young servicemen working that day were extremely accommodating, polite, and very friendly. Without me even asking for assistance, one of them immediately hauled in my six golf cart batteries without blinking an eye and had a smile every time he walked back into the door. This was my first time shopping here and I'll certainly come back.

The battery was cheaper than surrounding auto stores. There was an ability to schedule a time for a service, such as installing a battery, whereas other places do not; therefore, the risk of long waits is decreased. There was also a discount for ordering online and picking up in-store, which gave me the opportunity to save a little money and know the store has what I need at that time. They were also courteous and efficient.

Was easy to find the battery I needed, was offered an online discount and pickup was easy the next day. Two salesmen had their hands full of customers when I arrived and they handled people calmly, quickly and professionally. Very good experience.

Ordered a car battery after another establishment tested it and told me I need a new one. Before Batteries Plus installed the new battery, they tested my current one and told me that while the battery would need replacing in the next year, the testing didn't not indicate it could be the source of my car problems. They then refunded my battery purchase. I appreciated their honesty and the time they took to test and explain the results to me. I will definitely be buying future batteries from them.

I had some issues with my car key fob, which ended up messing up my alarm system. Then, I came over to see if my issues can be resolved, and as soon as I gave my key to Luke, he proceeded to perform the necessary and eventually got my fob replaced. Will definitely re-visit for other services if necessary.

Anytime I've gone into this location, the staff is always more than willing to help me with my needs. Thank you to the great staff for always being attentive to my needs and trying to help as much as possible. I feel like you sometimes go out of your way, more than some stores do for their customers. Easy to use website. I ordered online and picked up in store. Exchanging of battery was easy. They had my Generac generator battery in stock.

The employees were very knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do in a very timely manner. As a bonus they were very personable and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my phone there with them. I would definitely recommend the store

Jose took very good care of me. I went in 30 minutes before close and they had me out in 5 minutes. Some of the best customer service I have ever recieved from some of the happiest workers ever.
