I get all the parts I need on time. What else is there to say. However, I will say that updating shipment status could be better. And shipping could be free after a certain amount of purchase perhaps?. Most customers will probably like that.

They double checked that we had everything we needed to fix our car. It was great especially since we live a ways away!!

Great experience fixed the problem for a fair price. Waiting room was dirty had flies and did not offer masks to guests.

Their lack of updates on status and failure to notify upon receiving the parts was disappointing. I'm not taking off more stars because it is still a convenient option for getting car parts without shipping and handling costs, as long as you are willing to pick them up.
