East Cedar Rapids KinderCare

This is a fairly new center for my daughter and we have loved it here. She is always excited and happy to go to daycare and always comes home with stories about her day. Staff is also always so easy to talk with.

We love KinderCare! My kids having been going since they were around 12 weeks old. My oldest is in Discovery Preschool and has learned so much. She loves staying busy all day with fun and educational activities and looks forward to going every day. My youngest is in the infant room and I am already being sent home with artwork that she has made. They also go through the effort to take the babies outside to get some fresh air in the shade, which I love.

The communication between the staff and parents is great. When I pick my kids up they tell me if they had a good day then I get a daily sheet of all the activities, food, nap and diaper/potty times. Also, each week I get an email about specific activities they did relating to the unit they are in.

The best part about KinderCare are their teachers. They truly care about my kids. Almost every teacher has had years of experience in child care. It means so much to me that I can trust these people with the care of my children while I am away from them. I also love that they support my parenting choices and the needs of my child. Not all centers are supportive or understanding of breastfeeding and cloth diapering so it really means a lot to me that accommodate our needs.

I could go on all day about how much I love KinderCare!

My son and daughter just started here at the beginning of the month. My daughter who is almost 3 has never been in a structured center like this and loves it. Shes making friends and learning so much. each morning she asks me "I go to school mommy?" which tells me how much she enjoys it. And my son whos now 7 months loves it as well. we walk into the infant part and hes see his teachers and reaches for them. hes made connections and its good for them and they learn so much. The staff is friendly and caring people. you can tell they enjoy what they do.

I started taking my daughter to this Kindercare when she was about 6 months old. She is now 17 months and I love the decision that I made! The staff are wonderful and they are all so kind! I can tell my daughter has a great time because she likes going in and I always see her sitting in the teacher's lap when I'm picking her up. She only does that with people she really likes. I'm always getting artwork and pictures from the center and they always tell me what she does everyday. At 17 months, she already knows so many words and can easily communicate with me what she wants. She also has been taught some sign language, they are working on teaching Spanish, and many other things that I don't think I could have taught her on my own! It's nice knowing that I can work full time and feel comforted that she is both being watched in great hands and is learning so many things.

Another wonderful thing that meant a lot to me is the advice they have given me! I am a first time mother with no experience with babies and when she had bad rashes or felt upset, the caretakers would give me advice on things I could try at home. It was nice knowing that I could get help with questions that I had right from her caretakers.

East side Kindercare is a wonderful place. Laura and the staff are all so kind and caring, I wouldn't switch child cares for anything.

I was very apprehensive about leaving my new baby in the care of someone else but I was quickly impressed with the care provided by this center. My son is now 3 and I wouldnt consider changing his care unless I had no other option. The staff in every room take time to get to know my child personally and work with my family to get through any issues I have encountered (with my son or others). Children are children, they make messes, they fight, they cry - this is present in every child care situation, but I am comforted by the fact that all situations will be handled in the best way possible here. My son gladly goes to all of his teachers and some days I cant even get him to leave. I rest easy knowing the staff are approachable and considerate and my child is getting the best teaching and care. This center has set my expectations high!

Absolutely Incredible and Highly recommend Kinder care East if you have children needinga fun, safe atmosphere while you are at workor school. Myself as well as friends have little one's who attend this facility, they have a very helpful team there that has helped with my friends child with learning disabilities, as well as my own children. The management team is always very prompt with answering questions as well as courteous. The building has always been well kept, clean and very organized.
I without any doubt would suggest, using this business to watch over your little one's.

My girls have been attending Kindercare for about 7 months or so now, and I have seen such a drastic change in both of them. The interaction of the kids and how well the staff works with them, is all helping them in growing. The teachers and staff at Kindercare are wonderful!! I have gained friendships with these men and women! My oldest rushes me along in the morning so that she can go to school to see her friends and teachers, so I know that has to mean something! :) I HIGHLY recommend Kindercare! Best place my kids have and ever will go! They all truly enjoy their jobs and it shows. Love love love this place!!

My son attends KinderCare. I like how the teachers quickly got to know him as an individual. You can tell this is not just a job for these teachers. They quickly became a part of our family. I cant wait to pick my son up each day and hear the stories from teachers and management about his day.

As a first time Mom and my sons first school/ daycare i was reluctant about a lot of things! All the teachers at East Side Kindercare are amazing! They are caring with the children and you can tell they love their job! My son absolutely loves to go to day care every day! Its not only a day care though, it is also a school! They teach the children spanish words everyday too! My husband and I are ecstatic we found Kindercare!

As a first time mom, finding a daycare for our son was hard. Trusting strangers to care for your child is even harder. Kindercare East has been wonderful; they meet all of our son's developmental needs with structured programs, his emotional needs with lots of cuddles, and they take the time to get to know the kids and their families. They made a first time mom trust them.

I am a breastfeeding mother; they supported me by reading the material I gave them, encouraged me to breastfeed at drop-off and pick-up (working with me to avoid extra pumping) and they have a woman in the infant room that is a certified breastfeeding counselor!

We cloth diaper our son. Most centers refuse to allow this. Not Kindercare. They worked with us and that was a huge plus.

They go the extra mile. They are in constant communication through email or phone. They send pictures of our son to me to make my day better by showing me how much fun he has with his teachers. They call with a heads-up if he has a rough day. These are people who care.

In addition, they working towards accredation which shows that they want to do what is best for your kid.

I can't say enough about the staff. We have been with them for 4 months, and love it.

This place is just what I needed. It's ran very well and it seems to be working like it's supposed to be. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes me very comfortable to leave my son with them and it's a lot of adorable freaking kids that attend here as well. Yes, I would recommend any& everyone that needs childcare services to know this is a great place to take your kids.

My kiddos have been going here for just a little over a week. They are great. They are able to get services for children with special needs. And don't just kick your child out of daycare. They work with you and your child. They are kind and communicate.

I wouldn't imagine sending my son anywhere else. I love the staff! -everyone is super easy to talk to, communication is great, every staff member seems to absolutely love it there as well (which makes it a lot easier on me...)

When looking for a daycare, we looked at multiple places and none of them felt right until we visited East Cedar Rapids KinderCare. The staff is great with my son and very supportive of our family.

My children absolutely love Kindercare. It's a wonderful place the kids just have grown so much. The staff are attentive and caring and I am so glad my kids get to experience all the love and care they receive there. So thankful for kindercare thank you for all you guys do.

Everyone there was very helpful and they were very careful who came into their facilities. Also when the pandemic came about, they followed the guidelines as well. Even though my child is no longer there, she loved going and I know she will miss going.

Thankyou KinderaCare for providing a safe and fun environment for our kids! Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Great job on the newly updated cabinetry! Keep up the great work!

Both My Children Started KinderCare At 18 Months. My Daughter Graduated From The Program And Is Now In 2ND Grade Doing Great. My Son Is In The preK Room AnD Knows How To Read Already.

I love this daycare. They are great with the kids. The staff is great also
