My other dentist that I have gone to for 20+ years is retiring. I have high expectations because he is wonderful. He recommended Dr. Horton and I’m so glad he did.
I get my cleanings twice a year but havent had a dental procedure for years. He made me feel comfortable and did amazing. I look forward to going back.
All of his staff are extremely welcoming and professional. I highly recommend!

Everyone is so friendly and patient. I know I’m getting the best care for my teeth. Dr. Jacobsen and team are perfectionists so you know you’ll be well taken care of each and every appointment.

As always, Dr Ben explains what he is doing during one’s appointment, is attentive to any pain that the patient is having, and most importantly performs his dental work with expertise and efficiency. As a bonus, the office has an upbeat and most friendly ambiance, which isn’t always present in a dental office.

Came in today April 8th for a filling on a tooth. Dr Douglas Horton always puts the patients comfort as a high priority. I have a lot of anxiety when needing dental work and Dr. Horton always is calming and helps me to relax. Never have I felt any pain during any procedure. I highly recommend Horton Family Dental.

I came to Horton Family Dental from another local Dentist in town. I had an extremely pleasant experience! Knowledgeable, communicative, and quick-but detailed! I had to ask for a reschedule once due to being out of town on an emergency but to be kept on a cancellation list- I was able to get in within a few weeks after my cancellation. Text messages were sent directly from a staff member (not an AI platform) for appt reminders and for staff preference. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone! Our family has transitioned to this dentist based on our experiences!

Had crown come off on weekend.
They got me in first thing Monday morning and reinstalled the crown. Dr. Micheals is the best!.

I had an unexpected meeting come up today and I had to leave it to go to my dentist appointment. I told my hygienist that I needed to get back to my meeting as soon as possible and she worked to get me through quickly and back to my meeting. I really appreciated it!

Dr Douglas Horton saved my Christmas. I was in a lot of pain from an infected tooth and nothing was open on Christmas Eve. He opened his office to help me out and relieve the pressure in my tooth. I was able to enjoy the holiday’s with my family pain free. I am extremely grateful for his kind heart. I would highly recommend this family friendly practice. Thank you Doctor Horton.
