TOBACCO OUTLET PLUS #520

Great store. Been shopping here for years and have never had any issues. Sometimes their bread is cheaper than Aldi's too!

Been coming here for months to get my American Spirit pouches of tabbacco becouse they sell and rotate it enough where i dont get old dry tabbacco compared to most other shops in town that dont sell enough to keep them fresh. Decent selection of cigars for what Cedar Rapids has to offer. Still have the best milk and eggs i can find in town. Will deffintly be coming back to this location often.

Like this place! Best walk in humidor in cedar rapids...maybe the only one. Great selection of cigars from notable names like CAO, Punch,Acid to affordable factory seconds. They ways have what I want and cheap milk and eggs also!

Employee was rude and argumentative

I’m a big cigar dude … going here is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The big heavy set lady. She’s really mean . I’m not sure if it’s just her in general, she don’t like black folks or what. She gets extremely red in the face , shaky and oddly offensive. It’s as if you got to ask her permission to go in the cigar room . They get really nervous and build tension. I get that feeling like I’m being watched as if I’m stealing. Then they come in the humidor room to ask me if I need help multiple times. When I respond about a cigar brand they get extremely confused about what I’m looking for. They have no clue. So why keep asking me ? Extremely annoying. And they try to rush me out the business using passive aggression.

So me and my fiance went in to get him a pack of smokes. The lady who happened to be the "store leader", what a joke, was extremly rude asked for ID for only one of us stating "we have to ask everyone it's store policy and posted on the door" yet she didn't ask my fiance who is 30 and looks nowhere near 40. When i said that i am 25, she tells my fiance "i didnt give birth to her, i wouldn't know." Also for being a "store leader" she couldn't even grab the right pack of smokes had to be told 3 times those werent the right ones. Also claimed I threw my ID at her when it slid off the counter. We come in every other week and spend hundreds at this location on paydays. Never again. If I were the owners of this place I'd bring in a store leader who knows how to treat customers. If there was a negative star rating this would totally have one.

Customer Service question answered abruptly & rude. Asked a question about Djarum vs Black clove cigarettes. All she would say is I don't know with a dismissed attitude.

Worse place to buy from staff is rude and have attitude all the time can't wait for them to go out of business
