This is probley one of the best orielys experiences I've ever known I went there with a loose almost broken battery cable and gunner charged my battery and the a man named Mark hooded it back up I test drive it and still had issues so I call back and ask them please can you check out anything that looks funny that's when I met Steven who showed me and ask me who done this to your car the whole cable was loose and twisted and all and it took a 4$ part and him asking that super awesome man if he could hook it up for me and it took that man 5 min to switch the part for me forever greatful you saved me and my dogs life sir thank you all so much

John at the store was super helpful and friendly, we were from out of town and stuck with a bad alternator. He diagnosed, charged the battery enough to get it to a recommended nearby mechanic and had the part as well. He was awesome!

Store usually always has what me and & my husband are looking for. An if not they can provide instructions to another store that does & have it or the product held for you until you arrive. If the merch is out of stock they usually can give you estimates on when/what they will be back in. The store has a wide range of things that are useful to all vehicle types.

Not only listened to my reasons for being there, but actually Heard it and helped fix my problems. Always have been quick to help every single time I've entered an O'Reilly's store, no matter what location the service is remarkable. A visit here can prove to be educational with a smidgen of ornery, walking out with a smile.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍. Loving it..

Nice auto parts store. The people there are friendly, and a lot of times there just a little cheaper than the other auto stores.

I had a defective battery replaced today in extremely cold weather by the store Manager, Eric. I was given immediate attention and everything was handled in a friendly. expeditios and professional manner. In fact, he went beyond the call of duty and made sure I was aware of the military discount.

They usually have a great selection of the parts I need for repairing my vehicles, and the service is great! There are many knowledgeable and helpful staff who have helped me every time I'm there.

This has by far been my best experience in automotive parts stores that I will no longer go to the others that cannot compete in product availability and fast service .Not only did I get my part at this Marion Iowa location over night but also was helped with not only one employee with my needs but the others on duty as well to figure out the items/parts I needed to get back on the road. I don't reviews about places of previous emplyment that have screwed me over but Orielly's is my exception. I still get all my parts here because They have everything I need for my diesel excursion or can get it within a couple days. They have good quality parts an knowledgeable staff. I believe their prices are fair and I know that if the parts are more it is because the parts are higher quality. Needing paint? Their paint wizard is beyond the best and I trust him whole heartedly with the color of any of my vehicles.

The people here are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and at ease. Never once did they make me feel dumb. I really appreciated that!!

Nice store, staff was friendly. Had a damaged remanufactured part that got all the way to installed before noticing. They exchanged it without hassle.

I was there to get windshield wiper blades and the guy there was very nice, helped me out and even put them on my vehicle.I would totally recommending going to O'Reilly' s if you need anything for your vehicle!

Only place I go for auto parts etc. Greatest staff, best prices. Terry is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Glad we have a trusted place for auto parts here in Marion.
