Kenny was here on time. He changed out my old oxygen concentrator with a new one and he was finished in about 5 minutes. Very polite and showed concern for my situation.

Everyone was both friendly and professional. The wheelchair was delivered to us at the hospital when we needed it. After we were done with it, we were able to take it back to the nearest office instead of taking it back to Iowa City. That was another big plus!

We have gone to Community Medical Supply for several years. We usually are greeted by the older woman who has been there for some time. She moved with them down off Gilbert street from Northgate. It has been a pleasant experience. They are great to deal with.
So, today we went into Washington, Iowa for an appointment. We went early so we could look at leg braces and walkers. It was our first time to the Washington store. Iowa City is closer, because we live in Tipton. But, when the Iowa City store moved, they stopped carrying many things. The ladies who work at Washington are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that we didn't like was that they close so early...3 pm. We have a bit of distance going there and we are not morning people, by any stretch of the imagination. Both stores were great to deal with.
