I have been working for Milestone for about 20 years. Milestone is a very honest and fair company. Many carriers say they would rather haul for us then other companies.
Our new manager is Kim. She was a broker for about 10 years before that. She took over the manager position about 3 years ago and she has been manager for about 3 years. She has done a phenomenal job! She cares about Milestone and works very hard. She is very honest and cares about the carriers and shippers. She is great to the employees! If the employees have doctor appointments, kids are sick or the employees are sick she will let you leave. Among some of the employees are Chris, and Gina and they are great! Very good company to work for!

Brokerage is knowledgeable and efficient. Have worked with them for 2+ years and have had a great relationship. The trucking industry has changed over the past couple years, but they remain no-nonsense and honest.

Just found out this company is no longer in business and they owe us over $15,000 in freight bills yet. from back in January

Broker Chris Wundram sold us a load from Springfield, MO - Toledo, OH. We provided him updates for pick up and delivery (times, loaded information). When we booked the load he did not send us the rate confirmation stating delivery time, even though we asked him three times over the email to send us rc with time on it he did not. Also he told us delivery is 07:00-18:00est. He was notified about our delivery time, two hours prior to delivery. When we arrived at the consignee, facility was closed and we had to wait until next day to get offloaded. When we called them in the morning, he refused to pay layover, stating that we never called him and asked to send us revised rate confirmation stating delivery time is 07:00-15:30 (working time as per Chris, even though he told us working hours are 07:00-18:00). We sent him that recording where he is saying delivery time is 7-6, pictures of emails where we are advising him about our pick up time, loaded information, and delivery time, also we asked him three times when we booked the load to send us revised rc with delivery time, no response from him. He is refusing to pay layover and stating its our fault. Never work with this broker Chris and this company, I requested that his supervisor calls me, but nothing, I get transffered from one place to another. RATING 0!

They will not answer phone have left 5 voice mails. I Am glad it was not a emergency on load.
