If you think that you can get the same appliance from a box store - you can't! It may look like it and operate like it - but it won't last like it. That is why I always buy my appliances from a local appliance store. I never had a bad experience using a local appliance provider in the past - but the service & professionalism that I experienced using Star Appliance was unexpectedly over-the-top. I was so impressed from the purchase to the install. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Star Appliance!

I was looking for a new refrigerator and I think I went to about every store in the area without finding what I really wanted nor getting much help to find it, I came upon Star Appliance and it made my day. Sydney and Alicia showed me so many appliances and was about to find the size I needed and the color I really wanted. When I went there I was frustrated because I couldn’t find what I want and when I left I was so happy I found Star appliance. They were helpful but not pushy. We were getting new flooring so i didn’t have a date when it could be delivered but they kept the appliances until I was ready. They were fun to work with in fact it was such a good experience that I not only did I buy a fridge but got a matching dishwasher and stove. I was a happy customer.

We went in to star planimg to look around for a washer. Ended up walking out with a brand new one. It was very helpful that they had plenty in stock and we could take one home that day. They answered all our questions and explained the use of the new machine very thoroughly.

I wanted to purchase a dishwasher, and this is the only place I considered. All my appliances have come from here. First, their 4-legged greeting committee are so sweet! The gals behind the counter couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The purchasing process was a breeze, and they even took it to my car.
I will return and definitely recommend you to my friends!

I shopped online for kitchen appliances. Once I had submitted my order, I received a very timely call to answer questions and finalize my order. They even lowered the price of a couple of my items to price match what competitors were advertising. I didn't ask for that service, it was just an automatic thing that they did for me. My installers (Clayton, Josh and Barry) were THE NICEST guys. They were professional yet fun to have in my home. My install threw them a big curveball but they fixed the problem without a hitch. This is the second time I have used Star and if the need ever arises I won't hesitate to shop there again. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Sydney at Star Appliances. She was amazing! If it wasn’t for her we would have walked out the door. She was very personable, listened, not pushy and welcoming! She made buying a refrigerator easy. The process was smooth. If you go ask for Sydney! She was a delight!!!!

They were very helpful. We will go there again for our other appliances. The service man that delivered our stove was very courteous very helpful ! Will not go anywhere else!

I recently went to Star Appliance in Marion to buy a new refrigerator. Sydney greeted me and was super helpful. She showed me choices of exactly what I was looking for. I chose the close out one and Sydney found a slight flaw at the bottom, so she talked to her boss Shianna about reducing the price even more. They did!!
Cody delivered it pronto- even though he had a full schedule. It was like they were a family there and sincerely friendly!
I will Definitely be returning when I need other appliances replaced!

Great service and selection, even if in stock items which is a rarity these days. The sales people were so helpful and knowledgeable both times we have been in. The installation crew was very courteous and professional. And the best part of my experience, both times I have stopped in they have had a dog or two greeting customers!

Alicia was so helpful and directed us to something in our price range and sizes we needed. She's very knowledgeable about GE products.

I looked online before going into the store to see if they had what I wanted in stock. I had to wait a few minutes because they were busy but that gave me more time to explore my options. The dishwasher I chose was a great price and lower than other places I had looked for the same model. The salesperson as well as the two fellows who installed it were professional and friendly. And one of the best parts was that delivery occurred two days later!! And the delivery occurred when they said!! Definitely would recommend this business!!

I would definitely recommend Star Appliances and ask for Sydney to help she is great and knowledgeable. Quick to respond and helps get services done right away! Cody was able to help fix our dishwasher in no time and was very nice!

I had a service call today for my refrigerator. I made a comment that I was hoping I didn't need to buy a new one...and he replied "not today, we can fix this". No nonsense, professional service. No new part - he modified the one causing the issue. No sales job. Just great service. He also cleaned the floor when done. Thank you!

Called due to our fridge purchased with the house not cooling as expected. They were able to send Cody out the day after my call who was very professional, identified the issue easily, and fixed it right there that day due to having the parts on hand (broken recirculation fan). Will definitely call Star Appliance for any service issues with home appliances in the future!

Very pleased with Star Appliance! I went in to buy an over the range microwave, and found prices so good that I ended up going back the next day and bought a new range as well. Pat delivered the range to my house that evening and set it up in minutes. I had opted to install the microwave myself - Pat noticed I was still working on it, and on the spot he gave me some much needed help. He took time out of his own day to deliver after hours, and helped me with my microwave no questions asked. I didn’t think customer service like that existed any more. Thank you so much!!

Went to look for a refrigerator and were very impressed with the salesperson and the products they care. Bought one and the guys that installed it were great very friendly and and professional. . Will definitely go back.
