We had the living room, a hallway, and a tall stairwell all painted a single color. It was a difficult task with a lot of hard to reach areas that needed paint. Also highly visible and we chose a light color that would show if the paint wasn't even or spots were missed. A lot of wood trim to paint around also.

Samantha from CertaPro was fantastic. She was in charge of this task and had another person helping her. I could tell that she was on task right away. Very respectful and want to get things done right. I am a perfectionist so I tried to let her work and not bother her. She arrived on time and was completely prepared.

Communication is job one. That is what made this experience so good. Samantha asked questions and made sure they knew what we wanted BEFORE they started. Then they did a great job. The job took 2 days because of two coats of paint. Samantha even checked back the day after to make sure everything was good and to drop off paint that we requested in case touch up was needed later. Accidents happen and having the correct paint is a must.

I met 3 people from this company during the 2 day job. They were all professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone who needs paint work done. They even did a great job on cleanup before they left. A+ company.

Things were very organized right from proposal stage. After sales gave the quote Darcy helped with color selection and scheduling. Worked very well with scheduling changes from our end. We asked them to do the job while we were traveling and 90 % of the work was done while we were away. Remaining work got done after we came and approved everything. Highly recommended

From the time the proposal was submitted to us for the work we needed done until the project was completed, CertaPro provided quality product and a professional environment when we needed to discuss our needs. I had the folks at CertaPro paint our house this summer (exterior). They did such a fantastic job, that I immediately hired them to paint our daughter’s house too (and got another fantastic job). So here’s the deal…I am very fussy about details and quality. CertaPro EXCEEDED my expectations. Throughout the process their crew repeatedly asked me if there was anything that I wasn’t happy with. It is clear that this company is very committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors, who all had similar high-quality experiences. Anyway, the bottom line is that their work is excellent, and they are super to work with.

We chose CertaPro to paint our 2 story 100 year old home after hearing their advertisement on WMT. I had called other painters and all were either too busy or not interested. CertaPro came out and gave me an estimate within a few days. The price was fair and I had Greg schedule the work. Start to finish was about 6 weeks. From start to finish, Certa Pro was fantastic. Darcy showed up with a PLAN for painting the exterior of my house. The clock was ticking as it was late in the season for painting. Darcy kept me informed of when the project would start. She was available when I had questions and concerns. The crew was professional and friendly. The finished work was---Wow! So many people stopped and commented on how great the house looks. The cleanup was top notch. CertaPro did a great job in staining our deck. They were quick to come out and give us a quote and then got the job done in a couple of weeks.

The crew did a good job especially since our air conditioning quit working the day they started. The temperatures were very hot so the working conditions were less than ideal.
