Penske Truck Rental

I'd rented from Uhaul, went there to get my truck and their computer system was down. Didn't know when it would be back up so I didn't know when I could move. I'd taken the day off, my friends had cleared their day to help me and I couldn't stay where I was staying any longer. I panicked and called Penske. I was in luck they had a truck I could take right then and there. The process was smooth, the office lady was amazing, and I was able to move. It might be slightly more money, but after the panic I felt after trying to get the Uhaul, I'll take piece of mind and a clean organized office with great staff over the nightmare that was my experience with Uhaul.

I 100% will use them again, I had a horrible experience with uhaul. I ended up booking a truck online, and calling to confirm they would have a truck for me to pick up. Deb went above and beyond and called me back to let me know she recieved my online reservation and we were good to go. The store was clean, the staff was amazing! Such a great experience!

Truck was clean, ran great, and did what it was supposed to do. I struggled with the passenger seat belt but it was user error.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Truck was in great condition & very clean. My whole thing is the expense. I could be wrong or naive, but I think to rent a truck and drive about 120 miles, the cost of almost $300 is a lot for me. You pay for the gas and for insurance. It's just seems a lot. Maybe it's just me. But if you don't mind the costs, I would recommend them for sure.
