I had several shingles patches missing from a storm, not to mention hail damage. I put a call into Perfect Pitch after my adjuster came, not only got my missing shingles patched up quickly, they worked with my insurance company and adjuster to get my roof replaced. After I picked out my color scheme, we set up a future date to complete the project. The crew arrived on time and completed the work that day. Also did a nice job cleaning up after the job, and kept my landscaping from being trampled over!

Perfect Pitch did a great job with replacing our roof on our house and small barn. Production manager, Joe, was very good to work with and saw the project through to completion. Our roof had some storm damage and Perfect Pitch was amazing to work with! Our insurance company was originally only going to cover a partial repair and Parker was instrumental in getting them to cover the cost of replacing the full roof. Parker informed us of all deliveries, the crew was on time, finished in one day and they left the area around our home pristine and free from all debris! We had wind damage and lost several rows of shingles. I checked reviews to made sure that that were relayable. I picked 3 contacts to get estimates from. Brian answered and said he will get an estimate started and I should have it by the end of the day. All the other I had to leave a voice message. One called back 25 hours later the other never called.
I got Perfect pitches estimate right when he said it would be there.
We wanted to upgrade to storm shingles so he gave us estimates with them. We also wanted the insurance discount for storm grade shingles. Brian informed us to read the fine print before taking the discount because it may void and further claims ( Yes it would prevent me from claiming roof damage). Sighed contract Mon night roof was stated Thr. The workers did a great job cleaned up every thing. They stuck with the estimate. I recommend them 100%

Edwardo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on the roof. They worked diligently and cleaned up well after the job was finished.
There were some issues with getting them here to finally start the job - I'm sure it was because they were swamped with work from the derecho. All in all I was very pleased and would recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing for your roofing needs.

We called on Perfect Pitch Roofing to give us a bid on our roof after it was inspected and paid for by our Insurance Company. I made a few phone calls, planning to get a few bids before making a decision. Perfect Pitch had a project manager at my door within 2 hours of my phone call. After the summer storm caused damage to many houses in my neighborhood, we were worried there was damage to our roof that we did not see. Sam from Perfect Pitch came over to give a free inspection to our roof. Refreshingly he was very honest and, while noticing some signs of weather over the years, recommended that no repairs were needed.
