Jim and Ian were very helpful. We went mattress shopping there today. Definitely worth checking out all of their products. Although we didn’t buy a mattress they have a wide variety of mattresses we were interested in and had competitive pricing and options that almost had me strap a king size mattress to the top of a small crossover. When we do have the space available we will be purchasing the mattress through them.

Ian knows his stuff. Straightforward and honest. He answers all questions! Overall nice guy!

While I didn't end up purchasing a mattress (due to a change in personal plans), my experience in the store was great! The selection is very nice - a good variety without being overwhelming. The variety is good for different budgets as well. The gentleman working was very nice, he answered questions without once coming across as pushy or like a salesman. I recommend coming here when you are shopping for a new mattress.

We were looking for a twin over full bunk bed and finally found one here! Beautiful quality of wood and sturdy. We had found an add online for $50 less than in store and Ian matched their online advertisement. He also didn't have one in stock in a box so he helped us take down the floor model so we didn't have to wait 6+ months. What a great experience!

Ian provided excellent service he was very attentive and we were greeted right away he was very patient listened to our questions and answered each one perfectly! He is kind & knowledgeable and we enjoyed our experience and will be glad to pass this along to our friends and family. Highly recommend and ask for Ian he’s so nice!! Thank you 😊

Very friendly & helpful! They have wide variety of choices, easy delivery, and they really give you the time you need to decide on a bed. We worked with Kyle and she was fantastic! Highly recommend them for your mattress choices!

My husband and I stopped in to check the store out for the first time just to see what it was about. We ended up leaving with a bed set, sheets, sheet protector and we couldn’t be happier. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Kimberly was answered all our questions and the other staff was overly helpful when needed when we had questions. They worked well together and were/are a great team. Highly recommend anyone shop here! They even helped me convince my husband to get pink sheets! (Just kidding). The Pecks will be back!

My experience at factory direct mattress on center point in Cedar Rapids was absolutely amazing! Ian Emanuel gave the best customer service I’ve had in years. He really knew what he was talking about when it came to the bedding and mattress. He is also very good at up selling !!! He deserves a promotion! Overall I will always recommend this place to friends, family, & co workers!

The associate helping me was very informative of their products. She was very helpful and not overbearing when I was looking through the store. The delivery was quick after purchase, next day. They were very courteous and nice while dropping off the new mattress. They also offer to take the old one. I would recommend this place.

First off mike the salesman was absolutely wonderful to work with! No pushy sales and was very thorough with explaining everything! Great guy!
Second the delivery guys Ian and bill were very polite and professional and did a great job!

I had the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time at this store. I called the store on Thursday to see if they had mattresses in stock for pick up on Monday. The associate was kind, so helpful, did absolutely everything she could to help me over the phone, take my order, and reassure me that the mattress would be ready for me to pick up on Monday in the very small time frame I had to work with. When I arrived on Monday, the associates knew my name, welcomed me, and had my mattress ready to go. They even loaded it on to my truck for me. This whole experience was so easy for me!! I will go back to this location for sure!!

My daughter and I had the easiest experience buying a mattress for her new apartment! We were running out of luck finding a twin XL, and had called several places. Breezy answered phone just before closing and stayed late for us. She was so incredibly helpful, efficient and so kind to us. I would highly recommend this store!!

Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. The service was top tier all the way through including the salesman (Ian) helping me load and strap down my order onto my trailer. This is my second mattress set purchased from this company and I will definitely go back next time.

Great experience here. Mike was very helpful and down to earth rather than the typical pushy salesman you get a lot of times. It’s nice to be able to get true customer service from a friendly face and to know you’re being well taken care of- and the prices- you definitely get what you pay for and then some! My only complaint- my bed is so comfy I don’t want to leave it! 😃

Quality, selection is fantastic. Short on cash, but need something quick, they can help. Excellent service. Quick, professional delivery. Not a single sigh from Ian when he saw that narrow flight of stairs. You guys are the best!

Factory direct provides a great mattress shopping experience. Our salesman (mike) showed us the mattresses then gave us time to test them out with no pressure. He found us a great mattress for ourselves and a mattress for our guest room. Delivered the same day as well!! Would definitely recommend to friends 😃
